Evening...better late than never.
Whew, what a job that was! I'm not quite done, but needed to stop and get the kids to bed.
Karen ~

I'm so happy for your mom....happy dancing over here too.

IA w/Linda about the power of prayer.

My mil's diagnosis changed from stage 4 ovarian cancer to a GI cancer. We were so relieved, but still pray after her next surgery she'll be considered cancer free. I like your mom's name. How in the world did she get Sandy out of that?

How's your calf? I'd love to have a running partner. Too bad you don't live closer.
Jackie ~ We had the pantry done before we moved in, but it was an accident waiting to happen. It wasn't done properly.

A few large shelves were ready to collapse. This design is much better.

The punching bag I have is a freestanding one. I have to add more water to the base though. It almost tipped a few times. PH, huh? That's a good one. Hope the DOMS isn't too severe.

WTG on keeping up with the runner's pace!!! Some of those iTreads....yeowza!!!
Linda ~ Rumble is short. I was surprised when she started the cool down before the bag segment. I figure it will be a nice add on to 4DKB or KPC drills. Oh, I never heard of
Fly Me to the Moon. Is it a new release? Was it good? You know the blister looks more like a cut now. I'll try running again tomorrow. I saw some blister remedies in my RW mag. I might just order some to have handy.

Thankfully the bad flooding is west of us. I feel so sorry for
all the flooding victims.
Shelly ~ I usually drive to run as well. I wish that they would put in a path/sidewalk on this one section of town. If they did, I could get a long run right out my door. Glad you have something close. Oh my - you better wear bright colors when you're running re: the hunting!

I don't get the attraction either. What type of bag did you use for Rumble? I have a free standing one. Glad your dh is getting fit!

You do - do a lot of painting!

Finally you're settled!
Wendy ~ WTG on the 15 miler!!

I bet it's a lot to keep up w/being a BB coach. How was your nap? I wish I could fall asleep during the day. What's your secret? I mean, I'm tired enough to take a nap most days. However, I would just lie there!

How did you like your new fuel belt?
Carole ~ Yeah, dh was not a happy camper with that call/game.

Thanks about the workouts. Hope the remnants of this blister don't give me flack tomorrow. They
are fairly new shoes (Saucony), but I've used them for the last month. I even did that 10 miler in them a couple of weeks ago. I took my orthotics out because I've been having issues w/the one of them. Maybe that was the problem. The path I was running on was really flooded, so my socks got soaked right away. Dunno!??! I'll go back to my Brooks tomorrow.

Hope your workout went ok w/that poison oak.
Wendi ~ Running my moonlight!!!?! I bet that would be nice though. Good for you! Thanks re: my mil.

I like BL too. I didn't realize it started.
Gloria ~ Hope you feel better soon.
Cathy ~ Yep, you Cheetahs are so smart!!!

That's exactly where Dh is...IBS among other things.

Oh boy. Glad you made some good use of the early wake up. I hate when I think I'll go back to sleep and then don't. All that wasted time. UGH!

Sounds like something I would do re: the missing file. How are your feet feeling? I read your post to Wendy and that you think something more is going on with them?
Judy ~ TG for color!

I think I'd be a natural grey head. ha ha Nothing wrong with that color, but I think I'm too young for all that shiny stuff!

Did you get your carpets cleaned?
Christine ~ You were MIA today. How's DD?
Well, I'm going to go read a little bit before I go to bed.
Nighty-night
ETA: WOW! Did you see how many "views" to this thread there were??? That's pretty high!
