I did a 9 mile run trying to keep pace in the 11-12 minute range. My HR was difficult to keep in my aerobic range after 5 miles, but I let it slide up about 10-15 beats.

Still, the run felt great.
We moved the equipment into our new workout studio and it looks fantastic. Tomorrow the TV gets installed and of course it will have to be christened with a workout tomorrow evening. It is just fine because in the morning I am playing in a Susan Kohman Breast Cancer Golf Benefit.
