Cathy: I like my marshmallows blackened too! Thanks, I had a feeling I was spelling it wrong!
I think your natural tenacity helped more than me! But I am always here for encouragement.
I do not believe I am sore from the kayaking, but that dang Tamillee Web dvd! I found that one before Cathe and thought I would pull it out of the stash. I upped the weights from what I used to do way back when and apparently it was the right thing to do since I am still a little sore! I grew up doing her workouts and I like her a lot even though she is geared towards the intermediate exerciser. She taught me a lot. I can honestly say that I do not like canoeing. It is too easy to get wet in my opinion. The kayak is GREAT!!!! I am sold. DH actually sold our canoe since we never use it anymore. Hope your workout was fabulous!!
Shelly: Oh your new place sounds great with the rolling country roads!! You have been a busy bee! Glad to see you checkin in!
Wendy: Kayaking is much easier than canoeing for sure! It is a smaller boat to maneuver. I am confident with your strong arms that you could do it.
I bet you will be able to run your whole eighteen miler! I think you should include the Cabs into your nutrition thing since the calories are HUGE!
Linda: Thank you for breathing in the MT air for me.
I just talked to one of my friends who lives out there. Luckily when I dumped the canoe it was an inexpensive unit, as we were in college and didn't have any money. Now, I can honestly say DH would have been infuriated, as some of his reels and rods are in the high hundreds! Glad I'm not the only one!
Nice workout today!
Carole: Sorry you were tired today, but at least you got in your workout. I guess you are called Super Carole for something ey?
Wendi: Honestly, if someone calls me a hillbilly I could care less! LOL!
My DH is sillier than all get out. I am too, so I guess we are a perfect match! Glad you got to check in, we will miss you too!
I ran on the tm 6 miles since it is so flippin hot out. 86 and high humidity. Uugh! Trying to teach Pip to stay and it isn't going that well. I think she might be too young because she falls over sometimes and has to itch.
We will keep working on it. DH has the day off tomorrow so I think we might fish or something. Have a nice evening all!
