Quick workout report: I did iCycle #24/30 (mostly sprints and one hill). It's a good one, but in my rush to get the cardio done I forgot to put on my HRM.
Oh well, I'll look back and see what past calorie burns were for that workout. I stretched really well after that.
Carole ~ That's what I'll do..just add another leg workout or two. I have so many rotations I want to try....NROL4W and another Freestyle rotation. I guess I have enough to keep me busy until STS comes out. ;-) Have fun with your workout!
Cathy ~ Good luck getting your grading done. Do the kids ask all the time for the grades? We would pester the teachers all the time. ;-)
Wendy ~ Why are you changing the recovery week up? Just curious. Did you make a lot of changes your first time through w/P90X?
Yep, hope ds goes to sleep tonight with no problem. He's fascinated by Halloween, so maybe it'll be ok. :+
