Ladies,

I got home about half an hour ago and am sooo pooped. I have TIME to work out but no DESIRE.

Is it horrible to want one more rest day?

I will probably do personals in the AM, but I have to say...

no, cathy, it's not bad at all to have one more rest day. if you don't have the motivation to work out and don't feel like it, your body probably needs the rest. just take it easy. you have had a busy work week and probably need the break!

i just finished doing 4DS HIS and KB. i know i had already worked out, but i was just sitting around bored and felt like working out again. i finally feel like i have enough of HIS down to be able to get a good workout because i surely did just now! also, i had never done 4DS KB. it was a lot of fun! i think i am trying to make up for not working out for a week!
