Good Evening Ladies.

All I can say is Holy Moly, where did the day go!?!?

So I had a big "DUH!" moment today. When I got back from the gym and hand lunch and posted and then ran down my list of what I was going to do today, I got off the computer and went for a shower. No big deal, right? WRONG! About an hour after that I realized "DUH! You dopey gir...you didn't do Abs/Core+ yet!!!!...DOH!" LOL So needless to say I have to do abs/core+ later once DS is in bed. :)
 
Cathy - Sooooo glad to hear that you've made a good dent in all that work...WTG digging in there! Yeah, sitting in front of the computer all day will definitely make ya stiff. How about maybe a little stretch or yoga tonight? You've earned it!

Shelly - I'm so happy that DH has been helpful...you two have so much to do! I wish I could fly out there and help ya...honestly :7! I think the two of us could do some *serious* damage to that "to do" list lol! Keeping my fingers crossed that I can stay hot next week, too! Hehe, for some reason Leg Blast was *HARD* today...the legs felt like lead :(. I got through it but it was torture...more than usual, that is }(.

Judy - CONGRATS to DS!!!!!!! You all must be riding quite a "high". And, WTG, keeping the eating in check! Great run...it's nice to know that I'm not the only one who will watch Cathe vids for "entertainment" :+.

Lorie - I hope things slow down for you soon...you sound absolutely knackered. I hope you get some "you" time to recover from that crud! That was a great run the other day!

Christine - Oh, how horrible about those cyclists! I know this is a bit late but CONGRATS on the continued weight loss!!! Yeah about getting that tire fixed...have fun with those Spinervals!

Wendy - DSO and I have already decided that we're going to Nationals next year. Even if there isn't a chance in he!! that we'll cash it's still in VEGAS! Wish DH good luck for me! Great run today. BTW, where is that HM that you're doing? If it's not too far I might try to join you...if the freaking foot would just cooperate x(.

Carole - So sorry to hear about the knee tweak. I hope it turns out to be just a *little* annoyance. 81...WOW! Would ya send it this way, pretty please????

Jackie - I think your timesaver idea is a perfect one! I've been eyeing those Perfect Pushup thingies for awhile now. I have problems with limited flexion in my right wrist...are they easier on the wrists?

Lori - WOW...love the new avatar you hottie! ITA about what you worte to Cathe about posting on O/F...that's why I only lurk over there. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to post something and just end up deleting the whole thing because I *know* someone is looking to jump all over the slightest thing. I miss the days when it wasn't like that... BTW, I *love* people watching in that scenario. Makes you just say "W O W!"

Dallas - Busy bee! Great workouts girl! Glad to hear DS is feeling better.

Sunny - I haven't had *anything* from that mag turn out badly. In fact, my DSO is in love with my cooking because of it :D.

Posh - I hope you'r edoing a bit better these days. Sending some positive {{{VIBES}}} your way!

So BM2 Double UB is on tap for tomorrow morning but I'm not sure if I want to stick with that plan exactly. I was thinking a little cardio, too, if the foot feels up to it. Maybe BM2 combos, no power circuits (did B&G Leg Blast today so NO WAY!), then UB and core? I'm going to be a *little* short on time so I'm hoping to keep it to an hour. I hope this all fits. Anyhoo, have a good night ladies!

Wendi ~ That WAS a funny story, so what was wrong with the horse? Exhaustion. LOL! You working the horse out Imax style!??! }( :+ Good luck getting it all in tomorrow morn. It was tricky for me this AM, so I had to settle for a half hour on the EXT.

Sunny ~ You studying over there?

Carole ~ Have you gone to your nephew yet? Do you think an adjustment will help this? :(

Cathy ~ My heart rate did get up during some of the more intense moves, but didn't stay where I like to see it. Also, the calorie burn was below 200 when the workout was almost done. Oh well. Those deck squats are nutty! Hope your back returns to normal. I bet you'll make your deadline. You're working like a dog!

Wendy ~ Get that core work done? I guess we both had a "DOH" moment today. ;-) See ^^^. ha ha

I'm tired. When the alarm went off at 4:30A, my mind was telling me it was only 3:30A. :p Hope tomorrow is easier.
