:::::CHEETAHS:::::Friday

ISculpt # 1 is finally done and I must say that I really liked it!:) Most of the exercises were done with 3/5# weights or no weights at all but could very easily be modified to include (heavier) weights!

I followed the work out as produced for the first time. Next time I will probably add weights to everything and go heavier on some of the exercises that already includes them.

I don't know if I'll have any DOMS from this work out but I could definately feel it while doing the exercises. She concentrated on legs, glutes, abs, shoulders and chest in this work out.

Okay, it's 3:30 and my son is still at grandma's. She told me to do what I need to do and come get him later but I don't want to "push my luck" so I'm gonna give her a call and see if she is ready to give him back yet!:p :7

Hi cheetahs-

Just a quick touch base to let you all know Carole made it!!!! What a travel ordeal she had, but like you'd expect from her, she's still smiling! :)

Shelly, Susan, and I had lunch @ the Cheesecake Factory (we split a slice of the fresh strawberry cheesecake) and then we shopped a nearby mall for a bit. It is just so cool to meet fellow cheetahs in person - we truly do have a special group of friends here! I didn't take any pics today, but both Susan and Shelly did, so I imagine they will post one soon as they get a chance. I definitely plan to bring my camera tomorrow night.

Hello Cheetahs! Good evening!!!!

I hope you all had a great Friday! I was up at 4:30AM working out, and then I worked with the kids all day long - for 10.5 hours - at the summer camp program! They sure are tough kids - the real city kids - but like I said - I love the challenge and I love them!!!!

I am tired now! wow! I went out to eat with mom and sis, and that was nice. I am now home having a glass of red wine! I so need it! :)

Tomorrow AM is definitely a Cathe step dvd at home :(

Thank you so much for that beautiful picture with Cathe!!!!! Everyone is gorgeous and Cathe is so cute and petite! Love her!

I am glad Carole made it safely. Thank you so much Cathy for all of your updates. I checked throughout the day at work - I just could not write back! I checked when the kids were at computer lab! :)
