Umm....where'd everybody go??? Am I totally missing the thread again?? 
I am back from A/C. We had fun ofcourse.
I am eating a little something and trying to gear up for a kettlebell work out. I only ran 1.5 miles on the boards y'day morning so I don't feel a rest is warranted today.
