checking in--recovery week

Hi everyone! Well, I had hoped to be back to normal after my back injury from last week, but I had to take it really easy this week, too. I was a little disapointed, but now I'm feeling 100%, so I'm glad I listened to my body and kept it light all week.
MONDAY: Reebok Circuit Challenge--used light weights, and kept the impact very low. I even cut some of the cardio out and did extra sets, because my back wasn't liking all the movement.
TUESDAY: MIC warmup and low impact +Reebok Dance Step--so light I barely felt it! Didn't use a step
WEDNESDAY: Bodymax warmup +Karen Voight Streamline fitness
THURSDAY: Stepfit warmup + Pmax section I +Stepfit II, coodown and stretch (kept it all low impact and used no step)
FRIDAY: rest
SATURDAY: Stepworks warmup+ Bmax circuit, upperbody, and abs (finally back to normal, but I still didn't use a step, just in case...)
SUNDAY: I'll do another 45 minutes or so of cardio--I'm going to be careful, just to be on the safe side, then Monday I'll be back to normal.

This injury has made me appreciate everything my body can do (even just walking around, getting up from a chair, etc.)

Honeybunch--how strange...I started adding more fiber to my diet this week, too, and then got the new Fitness magazine at the end of the week. I feel fuller with all this extra fiber, and I think it's such a healthy way go!

Oops! I'm on my friends computer and the screen is all different, and I'm distracted by things going on around me, so somehow I posted this on its own rather than in the check in for this week. Oh, well.
