Check this out

These are cool. Especially for circuit workouts where you don't want to wear gloves during cardio, but the weights keep slipping in your hands during the weight segments.

OK so I tried these over the w/e (my new friend brought me in a free pair). I must say they helped a lot w/my shoulder workout--my hands & wrists usually cramp when I do front & lateral raises, but these things alleviated that significantly, I guess b/c they have more traction than gloves.

Also I guess they have the added benefit of not getting all sweaty & smelly like gloves.
