sssshhh we won't tell lynchburg just yet but when they last assessed for taxes it was only a partial basement now its a full walkout LOL. in this city they assess every 5 or 10 years. even then the taxes won't be that much more. for some reason ppl kept offering lower,i guess b/c of the minor cosmetics(carpet and flooring) but the structure is in in sound shape just needs a new updated look inside. i think the neigbhorhood is fine,a quiet working class, i went through there at night i didn't feel scared. we have to get another assesmet but the last one the sellers did it was a little over $40,000 in worth so now it might $50,000 or more. next door there is an abandoned home in need love too so maybe thats why its so low but this house itself is in great shape.
