Today was KCM 30 MINUTES TO FITNESS KICKBOXING. Then 40 minutes at the gym.

Good workout! whoa.

Today I did Cathe Live Upper Body with ball - sans abs. Next I did Suzanne Bowen Upper Body workout (streaming) which was 25 minutes. Good sweatfest this am.
