cheat meal question

ok, i usually have a cheat meal either saturday OR sunday night. well i didn't get to have it either day. my hubby had to work late last night and tonight he didn't want to go out and i didn't want to waste it on fast food or take out. so my question is, if i have it tomorrow is it ok to have another on sunday evening (my regular cheat meal day)? am i thinking too much about this or should i just try and stick it out for the week and just skip this cheat meal?

you are thinking way too much!:D;)
life's too short - if you want your cheat, take it. if nothings tempting, pass it up.
hey! you could give your cheat meal to me! i'd be happy to have one!
....oops, i already did! homemade chocolate chip cookies today!:D:eek:

I agree with the others, but I would also add : don't feel obligated to have a 'cheat' meal. If on Sunday, you don't feel like it, there's no harm (quite the contrary) from NOT 'cheating'.

I don't even understand the concept of a cheat meal. If you make wise choices about your foods you shouldn't have to think of a little treat here and there as a "cheat."

thanks for all the responses. i know i'm just over thinking things. i have really wanted a cheat meal since friday but don't want to waste it on any old junk food. i'm using it tonight though. my hubby and I are finally going out to dinner. i can't wait to get a big juicy burger and fries. i'm going to try and listen to my body for when it wants a good cheat meal instead of making it an official day. normally its about 7-10days of clean eating when my cravings start. thanks again.
