Charlotte - Protein shake

Charlotte, what do you put in your shakes to make them so low in carbs? My ratio for my protein drink is 48% carbs, 38% protein and 11% fat. I add a whole banana in it and about 5 strawberries so I think that is where the carbs are coming from. I hate to not put those in, though, because I'm afraid it won't taste good or be as filling. Thanks!

I do also add in a banana and peanut butter to my protein shakes during the day. I drink the probolic sr which was 3g of carbs, 4g fat and 20g of protein. During the evening, I switch to GNC PM protein shake, and I do not add anything in there, but I do take a flax seed oil of 1000mg before I drink the shake which has 2g of fat, 2g carbs and 40g of protein. My hubby insist on adding honey to his protein shake as the sugar is suppose to help the protein absorb quicker?
