Okay, so would anyone be up for a challenge which included posting before and after pics? I keep going gung-ho on rotations and then losing steam halfway through, with my myriad of excuses about my busy life, aching ankles, blah blah BLAH!

I really want to put on some muscle (particularly in my arms which long ago lost priority to my rear parts) and lose some body fat. We are always posting our personal goals and such; I am just wondering if perhaps anyone would be willing to put the proof out there, as it were! }( }( }(

Im Game!:) I need a good kick in the rear. My eating is o.k...and my workouts are even better but I make some not so good choices at times.
What kind of rotation would we follow? Would we make one up on our own? I am at work now and I think I am to sleepy to come up with something,
Give me some details....what do you have in mind?
