Chapters in Muscle endurance

Hi,
I read that the downloads had chapters. I have downloaded Muscle endurance but there doesn't seem to be any chapters. I tried to play it with different players (like Media player, Quick time) but I never see any chapters. Is this normal?

Media Player doesn't display chapter points, but the Quick Time player can. You will see the chapter points displayed to the right of the players scrubber.
