changing up routines

Hi Cathe!

I've been doing both PH and ME each week for about a month. Do you think just switching to MIS and ME is enough change to shock the body?

Hi Melanie! Yes absolutely MIS & ME would be fine. MIS could be split up you don't have to do a total body. You could split it for example: legs/back/biceps/abs & then 2 days later do chest/shoulders/tris/abs; you can do your cardio on the days your not strength training. At the end of the week you can do ME. HTH, Kathy:D

ME, PH and MIS are still within the enddurance end of things. I'd be tempted to either swap tp the PS series done twice per week, or the pyramids done twice each week, for more emphasis on strength. This would be a greater shock to the body.

Just a suggestion, right?
