Changing the date

I'm trying to change the date of Mesocycle 2 Week 2 and can't seem to figure out how. Last week I was painting and redoing that room and could not use it to exercise. I want to move Disc 16 and on from the 3 1/2 month rotation to July 13 instead of July 6. Can this be done?
