Changing password in Nutrition Signon Page

I pay for the premium membership and a few months ago there was an additional sign-on screen added. I was given an extremely long password to use to sign on. How can I change that password? At the time I had a help desk ticket for my problem and now I cannot even find the help desk section. Please help. Thanks, Laura
