Changes to calendar in workout manager?

I have recently scheduled a 6 month STS rotation in the workout manager, used the template available in WM rotation list and painstakingly put all the cardio workouts and ab workouts recommended by Cathe on each cardio day. Now, I am down with a flu (my rotation was supposed to start on Monday, March 2nd, and I might have to move everything (all the weights and cardio workouts) to delay the start by one week. Is there a way to do it without going through everything from the beginning. I have noticed that if I want to delete something, let's say in July, after the WM deletes it, it takes me back to the current date, and then I have to keep pressing the arrow to take me to July again to input a new workout. I don't think I can do it all over again. Did I miss something? Is there an easier way? Has this been addressed? I am clueless.
Thanks for all the suggestions.

how to move a rotation to a new start date.

You just have to click on any date in your calendar that has an STS Rotation workout scheduled and then select from the right sidebar the arrow to show details for that workout (please note: we're replacing the light gray arrow with a button that says "show details" probably tomorrow or Tuesday)

After doing the above steps, select the "Edit Rotation" button. This may take a while to load, but once it does all you need to do is is change the "start date ' to the new date you prefer. You will see the "start date" in the upper left of the page. Next click the "change date" button.

Finally, in the upper right make sure 'Place in My Calendar ' is checked and then click on the "save and exit" button. All of your workouts will now move based on your new start date.

Well, I did exactly as you suggested. The problem is that all the STS strength workouts were moved up by a week, but all the ab circuits and cardio workouts that I had to input manually stayed where they were. So the WM did not recognize all of my workouts (STS and cardio days) as one rotation and moved only the STS strength DVDs. :(

The steps I mentioned earlier are only for a rotation. You have to delete or move "non-rotation" items manually. The good news is you can easily drag and drop an icon to any date very quickly, so this should not take much time to do.
