Nice jog on your workouts. Especially your calorie burn with PUB. this morning was jog/walk with dogs followed by steady state jog without the dogs. I was suppose to try and sneack Pylometrics in tonight, but worked late and so I was too tired.

Good Morning Jean,

Last night I went for a 2 mile walk it was 70 degrees here. Monday we had 4 inches of snow on the ground. Today its suppose to be in the 80s so I am going to go for a walk again. Good job with your workout.

No workout last night for me. We went to listen to a band at a St. Patrick's Day celebration. I did get up this morning and do Back and Bis. My arms are feeling the effects. Enjoy you weather. Its amazing how quickly it went form snow to the 80's.

Today I did SB 1,2,3 add on and 1 challenge then I did CM Balanced Core. We have tornado warnings and watches all around us today.

This morning I started the 9 -5 jogging program. We walked 10 min, jogged 10 minutes and walked 10 minutes just to try to evaluate where everyone is at. I then came home and did Kenpo X.
