Hey Roxie, hope you are having a better week than me. We went out of town this weekend and now I can't see to catch up on sleep. I have yet to get a workout in this week. Maybe tomorrow morning.
Tonite for me is Ellen Barretts Firm and Burn Pilates. Last night I did her Slo-Robics didn't get to workout Monday night oldest DD used my workout room. Hope you catch up with sleep soon.
Finally managed to get a workout in yesterday. I'm redoing week 5 of P90X since I didn't finish it. I did Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Today will be some form of cardio.
Yesterday's cardio didn't happen. We went out to a local restaurant that had a band for Fat Tuesday. This morning I did Plyometrics and if I can tonight I will try to do Back and Biceps. That will put me back on track.
Well I ended up working late last night so I did not get in the second workout. I will do it tonight. Legs are sore from the plyo workout yesterday. Hope you had fun with Gym Styles. I haven't doen that one is a very long time.
DH and I went out for supper last night (it was his night to cook) so I didn't get my workout in I will do it tonite. You are doing really well with your workouts this week even if you have missed a few.
Nice job on your workout. Tonight I worked late again, but came straight home and starting working out. I wasn't going to miss another workout. Tonight was Back and Biceps and Ap Ripper X. It feels good to be back on track. I did so well with the first 4 weeks that I could just kick myself for flaking out during week 5. Oh well just means I need to concentrate more on getting the workouts in.
Did not get my jog in over the weekend Yesterday was back on track with Chest, Shoulders and Tris. I think tonight is Plyometrics. I was at Luke's Locker this weekend and they have a 9-5 training program for running. It's 9 weeks long and ends with a 5k. The only problem is it meets at 6:45am on Saturday mornings. I'm thinking about signing up. Saturdays are the only day I get to sleep in. I guess I can always go back to bed after the training sessions,lol.

Last night for me was PUB and abs burned 356 cals. Tonite is KM Low Impact Timesaver. I am like you Saturday morning I get to sleep in I wouldn't be able to do that.
