Good morning ladies!

I fell off the wagon wednesday night and continued to get run over yesturday.....my DH wants to go out to eat this evening, The only thing I can do is workout and hope it all doesn't effect the scale. I will try to choose diet friendly foods this evening too. My sister and I did walk around the neighborhood for thirty minutes yesterday...thats better than nothing. Today I will be doing a 45 min powerwalk on the tread mill and some abb work today! Ive got so much running around town to do as well I have to make a list out:confused:

I read yesterday's thread and now I can't remember anything:confused: ive got to get off the computer anyway if im going to get the day started....i just love 'playing' and chatting with you guys;) everybody have a wonderful day,ok:)
 
Good Morning,

Didn't workout last nite not feeling up to it. Tonite is Cardio Party 1 with weighted gloves, feeling a little better today, eating was horrible to just wanted comfort foods.

Amelia-have a fun day and if you make smart choices tonite maybe you will be ok, just put extra effort into your running around.

I think a slip up now and again is okay. We are only human.

Jean: I totally understand about getting up earlier. I keep shooting for 5:00AM but end up at 6:00AM only to get my DS off to school, then fit a workout in before my second DS has to get up for school.UGH!! I hate schedule changes!:mad:

This morning I did MM. I had a tough time getting through this. My stomach was making loud hungry noises.It was very hard to concentrate with all that noise!:p

My car is in the garage today. So DS(7)(who has no school today) are just hanging out at home. We will probably go play in the leaves later.

Amelia, I'm sure you'll do fine at dinner. Plus all that running around you have to do today will help some.

Roxie, hope today is a better day for you. Enjoy the Cardio Party. Why does comfort food taste so good?

This morning was bi's and tri's. Decided I better take a little break from my jogging. I have this weird feeling in my foot that I don't want to aggravate. I'll take the dogs to the dog park on my lunch so they can get their exercise since they didn't get to go for a jog. WI this morning showed me down 1/2 lb since Tuesday. Hope to keep the progression going so i can get rid of the couple of pounds I put on over the weekend. Then I need to buckle down and keep the momentum going before the holiday pounds start to peak out of their hiding places.

Hi everyone.

Glad you started this weekend thread. I didn't get a chance to post yesturday, worked until late and then i just wanted to get into bed.

Today, I plan to do buts and guts leg blast with a mish mosh of upper body and lowers from GS and Jari. As I have to go to work again, I'd best get off this thing and get to it!.

Thanks for being kind and sending me hugs much appreciated. When I got home last night, I automatically opened the door, to chat to Ellie and see how she was doing, her bed of course, was empty.:( Old habits it will take a while.

Good Morning,

Didn't get my workout in last nite either oldest DD and her DH came over to play pool again and there was wine and beer involved. TTOM also started last nite that explains the headache. Today is 3T the tube workout and cleanmax, laundrymax, and walmartmax(please no).

Andrea-glad to hear from you we are all here for you. Good job on the workout.

Jean-I don't know why comfort food taste so good but we had it again last nite I bought chicken from dillons and mac and cheese and hashbrown casserole.

Everyone have a good day I need to get myself refocused this week and eat right and workout.
 
Hey girls, i got my workout in after work....a thirty minute run interval and bm2 upper body only...my arms are fried,feels good;):D

Hi ladies.

I worked again last night and have to go back again this morning! Boy I'm tired!:(

Carboard and yoghurt just doesn't satisfy, the same as junk food does it?

Hi everyone. Hope your weekend is going well. Today was rest day. Eating wasn't the greatest because we went to the State Fair. But it wasn't as bad as it could have been. I did not get a chance to try the new exotic fair foods like I thought I would. We did try the fried s'mores, but I'll take a real one over the fried ones any day. The one I really wanted to try was called "Fire and Ice" It is warmed pineapples and strawberries served with whipped cream which has been frozen with liquid nitrogen. The line was too long, so I passed.

No workout for me today, I did fall off the wagon too, had some Maccas fries (medium) and they were really nice for once, crispy and salty.

Andrea-So sorry to hear your tired from work:( I was wondering what macca's fries are? Are they like the same french fries as the american french fries? I too fell of the wagon....but I didn't get back on until yesterday:rolleyes:

Roxie-Im with ya on the refocusing and working out....I was such a slacker last week!

Hey to everybody I missed!

today its cleaning for me, and squeezing in a workout-run interval and some LB.

Im kinda proud of myself:D we stopped at a fast food restraunt yesterday for supper and I really wanted a greasy cheeseburger and french fries...BUT i got a grilled chicken sandwich without mayo and a side salad:D it made me feel warm and fuzzy afterwards:p

Good Morning,

Today is a rest day for me, but I know I will do a stretch might try to do a treadmill walk. DH and I wen to Topeka yesterday he bought me a new purse and I finally found a pair of tall boots that fit my calves they must be leaning out usually I can't get the boot zipped because my calf muscle is to big. Then we went to Olive Garden that is such and evil place but very delicious.

Andrea-I plan on starting a Jari rotation interspersed with cathe on cardio days next month.

Amelia-good job on the chicken instead of cheeseburger I can't resis their fries, enjoy your workout today and try to stay focused.
