ok...its 12:51 and no workout. im very content on doing laundry and watching tv today:p so i think its safe to say that today is my rest day. Maybe i can do todays workout on sunday(my scheduled rest day)
 
Just finished 4ds legs and my legs are shaking couldn't do much of the core work TTOM started this am not feeling very well tonite. I can't wait to start back on the pill this month it helps ease things.

Hi everyone. I managed a second day of a workout. This morning was legs plus I threw in the triceps that I skipped out on the last time I did weights. Trying to stay on track.

Today is going to be my missed wednesday workout, Arms & Shoulders(might do one round-30mins) and abb ripper, then DH and I plan on going for another hike...without the kids;) AND im bringing my HRM:D Willl bbl with the results.

I pulled out my favorite jeans yesterday and there still loose...so thats good. Funny how i have a couple of days of bad eating and i think ive gained like ten lbs or something:rolleyes:

Okay quick post.

This morning I did a mixed up WO. I started with BC(the original) core only then did the KB only premix, then the 1st combo of KM while wearing my weighted gloves. I finished my WO with GS floor. It all came to 1hr and I burned about 350cal.

Amelia: have fun on your hike. Boy you are an early bird.:D

Amelia, I hate that feeling that you have done major damage by messing up on eating. I feel bloated, but it usually leaves within 2-3 days. Glad the jeans were still loose.

Today's workout did not go as planned. I was going to go for a short jog to warm up and then do disc 15 of STS. Well my garage door just stopped in the middle of going up. I thought great. If I can't get this to move, I'm stuck here for the day because my car's inside and the door wasn't up enough to get the car out. Well I checked the fuse box, checked outlets in the garage to see if they had power, messed with the wall switch and still couldn't find anything wrong. I guess messing with the wall switch finally worked because it finally started to work again. Since I had already wasted a lot of time, I just took the dogs for a 30 minute jog and didn't do any weight work. Even that didn't go as planned because I forgot to turn on my HRM until I had been out for 10 minutes. This is one of those days you just want to crawl back into bed. Oh well it could be worse so I'm not going to complain too much. At least I got something in.

ok...so,just got back from my 7mile hike and i brought my HRM along. My calculations were almost right. 7miles/2hrs & 43mins = 1,123 cals burned. It was fun...DH and I were tired afterwards though:confused:. Needless to say..i won't be doing any weights today. Maybe tomorrow. Im not going to stress over the p90x workouts that ive missed...im working out still, so who cares:rolleyes:

Today is 4ds Chest and Tris with Gs warm up. I didn't do the warm up for SB last nite and I am regretting it today. I didn't get to report last nites stats the computer was running slow and I wasn't in the mood to deal with it.

I have lost 1" in my hips, baby pooch and abs don't know if it was from Si6 or the shorter workouts I am doing.

Today is weights..im leaning towards doing PH, i miss Cathe:eek:

Im no longer doing P90x...the workouts are great,Tony seems to be a great, motivating coach but i just can't deal with staying on a rotation right now...why torture myself:eek: DH is going through different shifts at his job and its been difficult for us to adjust too . Pretty soon he will be working the night shift.BTW-He is now an employee instead of a temp there:eek:, that means insurance and more $;)yay!
 
Amelia-right now I am just freestyling and keeping my workouts to no more than 35 mins. Its nice not spending forever working out. My new Kelley Coffey Meyers have been shipped and I might come up with a rotation using them or just add them in with other 30 min workouts. Congrats to DH becoming a full time employee that has to be a great relief to you and him.

Roxie-Thanks...he got the temp job in april so it is a huge relief for us. Its so nice to not wonder anymore...i was starting to think he wasn't getting hired. Nice job on your workout, i love doing 30min workouts...so nice.

Im such a bum...no workout yesterday, i was getting ready to do PH then dh suggest that we go hiking instead:confused: can't say no to that...so we took the kids and cassiegirl(labmix aka horse,lol) hiking..went about 4miles. It was fun.

You guys wish me luck..today starts the first day of my new diet. Ive decided to stagger my cals and keeping an average of 1600 throughout the week. .I will be taking two rest days a week too. No more going to Myfitnesspal either...im writing it all down like i use too. I got myself a snazzy new food diary journal;)

With all of that said..i have to figure out what im doing today? BBL with the results.

Today is going to be stretching, stretching, and more stretching, I have major DOMS from yesterdays workout.

Amelia-hiking is a workout so you are not a bum. I am still logging my cals but doing it at the end of the day so I don't stress about not getting enough or eating to much,(which isn't really a problem) I seem to not eat enough then I pig out trying to come up with enough.

Hey girls...decided on Kenpo (kickboxing) for 53mins,burned 450cals.
I found a rotation to follow:) its one of fitness'sfreaks..its called the Intermediate fatloss rotation.
