Morning...

My workout is done. Did Chest/back/abbs then some of kenpo(kickbox)...burned 560,close to my goal of 600. I wasn't able to do any pullups but i did a couple of negitive ones. Think i will get me a heavy duty band to use until my back muslces get stronger..

How is everyone's monday going so far? Ive got tons of laundry to do,sigh. BBL

Tonite I am going to do KCMs 30 MTF K.Boxing I previewed it yesterday an it looked very easy to do its combos and each one is done for 2 mins so you have plenty of time to learn the moves. I am going to try 30 min workouts this week and see how well it works if I like it then I might not continue with Si6, but I know I needed a break from these.

Well, I am very tired today. My DS(8) first day of school, my other sons starts on Wed.

My eating this weekend was not my best. But I am not letting that get to me. Right back on track.

This morning I did GS Legs standing,SJP step cardio. I burned 471 cals.
I was suppose to do abs too, but ran out of time.

Amelia: 560 cal. burn!!!:eek: that is awesome!!!
Was it you who asked if I was doing a 4DS rotation?
I am sort of kind of doing one. I decided to do cardio 5 days for 30-40min. and weight training 5 days 30-40min. I saw in an article that this is how a pear shaped woman should train. I know that in the past I got great results with the 4DS series. Just a change until I get my Shock Cardio.

Ok I thought KCMS kickboxing looked easy last nite when previewing it but it was tougher than it looked. I couldn't get some of the combos down so I did alot of watching so my calorie burn wasn't as high as I wanted it but it was still good for a 30 min workout now I can't wait to get her 3 new ones I ordered and come up with some kind of rotation.

I woke up about 40mins late this morning so it was a mad rush to the bus stop for the kids...i felt awful rushing them but i just didn't want to drive them to school:p Im glad they were able to eat breakfast...

Today is suppose to be plyometrics...but i may be cutting the grass instead. My chihauhau is disappearing when he steps off the porch;) who knows..i may do both:rolleyes:

I think my monthy vistor is near because im fighting off cravings left and right. I did go over about 250cals yesterday...had too much dark chocolate:eek: but it could of been alot worse:confused: i was eyeing cheeto puffs but told myslef NO!

Elaine-I did a 4ds rotation for about two months...LOVED IT. I got some nice results from it too( not weightloss, just toning up..noticed it in my arms and legs) I did run intervals for cardio though. My legs seem to bulk up if i do too much step:confused: Awesome Cal burn today girl...do you count cals or just watch what you eat?

Roxie-What is KCMS? I had fun with kenpo yesterday... he did lots of arm combo's. Can't wait to do it saturday.

This morning I did GS bis/back. I wasn't into the cardio at first so I started with LIC the bonus cardio. I only did the step part then I felt like doing what I had scheduled. So I then did DM drills1,2,4-6. I burned 371 cals. I think it would have been higher if I hadn't just stared at the TV deciding what to do next!!:confused:

Amelia: I've trying to keep my cals in a certain range. I also have been increasing my good fat intake. Trying to keep my macros at 30fat,20pro,50carb. I decided to increase my good fat after reading a thread on the open forum. Also my hair has become brittle. Not sure if that is from a too low fat intake or some kind of thyroid problem.(it runs in my family)

Roxie: sounds like you enjoyed the KCMS. Next time your cal burn will be right up there. I burn so much with a kickbox WO.

ok girls...my workout is done. Had NO energy but i got through about 45mins of it:confused:. Plymetrics is tough...i think its the length of it that is hard..an hour of cardio is alot:confused: specially jump training...

Roxie-Glad you like your workouts...ive heard of her!

Elaine-What has helped my hair is taking hair,skin and nail vitamins. I lost alot of hair after the birth of my son(had gestational diabetes) and the doctor recommend them. I also checked out a book called "don't shop for hair care products with me" the author did extensive research in hair care products and breaks down the ingredients for you. I was using biologe shampoo...now i use suave and it works ALOT better. Your Macor's are close to mine..i seem pretty satisfied at that ratio.( 45 carbs,20 fat, 35 protein)

Amelia, too funny about the little dog disappearing in the grass. You know its really bad if your lab starts to disappear, LOL.

Andrea, how are you? Are you having a week like mine? I hope not. I haven't done anything again. I've been stressed out with some personal stuff going on and I just haven't made the time for workouts. Tomorrow I will get one in, I promise. This 2-3 days on and 4 days off is not going to cut it. Tom has been here and so has the sweet eating, but I've done better the pst 2 days. Let's see what I can manage to accomplish by the end of the week.

Today im cutting the grass and i will wear my HRM;) Its cloudy but maybe it won't rain.

Im suppose to do arms & shoulders then abb ripper,but my shoulders are in pain and i don't want to aggravate the injury any more..the muscles around the inside of my elbows are in pain too...must of been those negative pullups on monday:(

Jean-Sending you hugs...i hope your able to get in a workout soon for some stress relief. LOL at my lab disappearing in the grass:confused:

Hey Roxie happy Birthday!!!

Okay this morning I did LIC abs,Gs shoulders, and LIC cardio 1-3.
My cal. burn was 351. I only remebered to put it on when I did the cardio.

Typing is a challenge sence I spilled coffee on the key board yesterday. Very Sticky typing.(excuse any extra letters please:eek:)

Amelia: thanks for the tip about hair care. I started to take Vit.E and Omega 3 a few weeks ago. I had alreay been taking a B complex vitmin. I hope I will see some changes soon.

Jean hope your stress settles down and you can sigh a breath of relief.

Tonite is 4ds LIS step only and I am going to try and add a set of risers. I have been reading alot lately that says for maximum wt. loss you need to do at least 4-5 days of cardio what are your opinions?

Amelia-thank you for the birthday wishes and supper was wonderful.

Elaine-thank you and lol about the keyboard I wouldn't think coffey would make it sticky.

Jean-maybe doing some yoga or pilates will help with relieve some of the stress.
 
Well I did it. I got my hind end out of bed and got a work out it. I did CC Press Play with walking and jogging. I went for over an hour and burned over 600 calories. Nothing like trying to get a week's worth of calorie burn all in one day, LOL.

Today is a makeup day. Ive got Arms & shoulders + abb ripper then some yoga to do. Im not really sure how much of either i will do:confused:

Ugh,my eating has been a disater the last couple of days. so frustrating...im not sure why i can't get my sh*t together and lose weight....this is going on what 3yrs now that ive been complaining about not losing:rolleyes:. Its my fault...maybe i should wire my mouth shut:p

Tonite is 4ds lower body I will do GS warm up and then 4ds KB abs.

Amelia-hang in there girl we are all on the same journey and fighting the same fight. Its been 2 years for me and I only had 5lbs to loose.
 
Okay this morning I did GS chest/tris then the cardio only premix of the original BC. I only burned 250 cals. Next time I will do the cardio premix followed by the KB premix. I ran out of time this morning.

Amelia: I am liking the rotation. I feel very tired by doing the weights first then cardio. But I think I am get something from it. I would like to incoperate some cardio coach. I have to go check out some ellipitcals next week and pressure DH a little. Just a little nudge.:p

Little story about my pup. I gave her a bath this morning. When I took her outside on the deck to dry off she behaved like a crazy dog. She was running all over the place and charging at me. It was like she was laughing at me. sort of saying catch me if you can:D Silly girl doesn't she know she's no match for me.;)
