~*~* Challengers~*~* week of 9/21

Giood Morning,

Tonite is 4ds LIS cardio only and then PH abs. I think I am seeing some differences and the tape measure is showing differences now I will post measurements later and I think I am going to take more pictures before my rest week.

so frustrating....

OMG...im having one of those days:mad: First off,the alarm didn't go off this morning and i happen to wake up about 30mins before the kids had to be on the bus. I rush them,the bus comes early:)mad:)and we miss it...had to drive them to school.
Then,i decided to do my cardio around the neighborhood and there were %&*@ dogs all over the place barking and circleing at my feet:mad:(and there owners watching like idiots) well instead of them chasing me I turned around and starting running after them...and they were running and hollering(lol,gave me a little smile;)) I get home and my phone isn't working right(crackling and buzzing in my hear). I try to call the kids docs and get passed around to about three different people...urrrrrrrrrr.

I GIVE UP...im going to bed:confused:

But on the brighter side... I got both my workouts done, did CCV3 then my own upper body mix. Totaling about 543cals burned.

This morning I did BM2 cardio premix and abs. burned about 472 cals

Morning, today i plan on doing a LB and 4ds kickbox. I mowed half the lawn yesterday. I may tackle the other half this evening.

Good Morning,

I ended up doing Basic Step last nite with a set of risers and due to some stress took my frustrations out and got a really decent workout. Speaking of those stresses I have managed to loose 3lbs. this week because of lack of appetite. Tonites workout is 4ds Back and Bis and the abs I didn't do last nite.

Amelia-have fun with that yard and enjoy your workout.
 
No WO yet. I hope to get Plyo legs in later.

Amelia: your lawn is already dry after all that rain! Mine would be soaked for days.

My DS(8) has been waking around 3am not being able to get back to sleep. So this morning I said why don't you read a little. So around 5:45am he comes in my room and wakes me and says," I finished the book now what do I do?" HUh!!:confused::confused::confused: I thought he would read a chapter and fall asleep. He just started that book !! Urgh.... I hope this phase passes soon.

Elaine, hope the insomia wears off your son soon. I guessyou need to set up a little library in case he finishes the next book. Then you can tell him just start another one and he won't wake you up too.

Roxie, congrats on the loss. Sorry about the stress. Hope things settle in for you.

Today is a rest day. Tomorrow I'm running in a 5K with several other Cathletes. It should be a great weekend.

Got my WO in. I did Imax2 1-5 and Plyo legs for 20 min.(disc 2 of plyos legs..can remeber the real number) and I finished with the bonus legs of STS disc 2. I burned 572 cal.

DS(8) came home from school a bit grumpy.Gee I wonder why.:confused:
 
I finished my workout this morning....decided on cardio coach Volume 6,challenge's 1&2. I did it at the local park .

I also did some more of the lawn...was out for about an hour and a half,just pouring sweat,ugh! Its hasn't rain in my area since monday morning...the ground is dry enough to handle a lawn mower...my grass was getting on my nerves.:confused:

Elaine-I too thought that story about your 8yr old was cute...i agree with Jean,get your little guy a book shelf;):) Nice job on your workout!

Jean-Go, Jean, GOOOOO...good luck on your 5k tomorrow!:)

Roxie-sorry your under alot of stress right now..im glad you got in a good workout thursday to help! Enjoy your 4ds WO tonight!
 
Morning,

Today i plan on doing a full body workout, and finishing the yard later. My WI was disappointing. Up 1.2...kinda frustrating:( Im not going to let it bother me though...maybe i will lose next week.:)

Good Morning,

Didn't get my workout in yesterday oldest DD and SIL came over brought pizza so we ate and then played pool and the game of life so I either need to do that one or do todays which is LM step only. I am thinking I need to do the wt work and then if I feel like it do the cardio later or do it tomarrow. Today for me is cleanmax, laundrymax, walmartmax and nailsmax.

Hi everyone. Today was the 5K Ovarian Cancer Race. I met up with a couple of Cathletes from the area. 3 of us ran and 1 took pictures. It was very inspirational. Then I went to lunch with 2 of them. We had a great little visit. My time was better than last Saturday's race, but not better than my first race. I guess I need to work on that.

Had an awful day yesterday, my kids fought all day long , and there were some other things that happend that were VERY frustrating . I almost had a binge last night...but i MADE myself stop after about 250calories worth of damage. It felt really good to have 'control' last night!:)

Hopefully today will be better

its my higher calorie day(which always makes me feel better,LOL)Im doing LIC step premix..i haven't done a step workout in ages and they burn tons of cals for me.
 
Workout done...did MIS abbs first then LIC timesaver premix. Burned 503 . i forgot how much i enjoyed Cathe's step workouts. SO MUCH FUN!:D

Good Evening,

After a 3 hr stint in ER with youngest DD yesterday and a small disagreement with DH the rest of the weekend was wonderful didn't get any workouts done though. This is my rest week so will do stretching, yoga and focusing on ab work.

Amelia-you look wonderful and you should be very proud of yourself.
