Challengers - week of 2/7/11

Happy Monday.

Yesterday's workout was Kenpo which is a kick boxing dvd. It was ok, but it's no Cathe. This morning was Chest and Back. My wiehgt was donw on Friday, but jumped back up today. Probably due to the weekend margaritas. Oh well. I drank a lot of water to hopefully flush out some of it.

I can't believe that I have made it through 2 weeks of 6 day a week workouts.

Roxie, what are you up to this week?

Yesterday's workout didn't happen. This morning I did Plometrics. I am going to try to fit in shoulders, bis and tris and Ab Ripper X tonight if possible to get caught back up.

I have kind of fallen off the exercise wagon I need to get back to it just don't seem motivated this month. Good Job with your workouts.
 
Tonight I did Shoulders, Bis and Tris and Ab ripper X. So now I'm caught up for the week. Actually I may have missed Monday's Ab ripper, I cant remember. I may just throw in an extra one sometime later in the week just to cover it.

Roxie hope you get back on the wagon soon. You are always the consistent one and I'm usually the slacker. Now that I back in the grove, don't become the old me :)

Tonight was Yoga X. i made is through 40 minutes. Stretching is not my strong suit. Hopefully I'll get beter over time.

Today was Abs and Legs and Back. Almost finished with week 3. Next week is mostly cardio. It's a recovery week from the weights.

Good Morning Jean,

I received Star Trainers Strength from Netflixs last night so I did Kimberly Spreens Strength in Motion its a 20 min workout and I thought how hard could it be for a short workout it was a killer uses compound movements worked shoulders, back, chest, core and legs. I also have Star Trainers Cardio Blast and Ab Blast. Good job with your workouts you have been doing a great job.
