Good Monday morning everyone.

Amelia, how was the movie?

Roxie, nice job on your workout.

This morning I did the Shakeology 30 minute workout. I have no stamina. Of course part of it could be lack of sleep. I started waking up at 2:30am this morning and just after getting back to sleep would wake up again. Arrghh. Hopefully I will be able to get back to normal fairly quickly.

Good Morning,

Tonite for me is TF HiiT 15 and GS Back, Bis & Shoulders timesaver. I didn't get a workout in yesterday DH and I went shopping.

Jean-I woke up every hour on the hour last night fell into a deep sleep at 6:00 am alarm went off at 7.
 
Roxie, aren't sleep issues awful? Hope you got a better one last night.

This morning I got started working on my fit test for Team Beach Body. Boy am I out of shape. The only things that seemed strong to me were biceps and abs. Oh well room for improve just means I will see more progress, right?

I got a really good night sleep and I am pumped for tonites workout. I will be doing HiiT 15 and GS Back, Bis and Shoulders plus abs.

Jean-good luck with your fit tests this should help get you motivated and back in shape.

today was the first day in several weeks that I was able to go out an jog. It was a jog/walk, but felt good to be outside. It was slow going, but I didn't feel like I was completely going to die. I really hate losing stamina, but it will come back with time.

Jean-Good Job just take it slow and easy your stamina will build up again.
 
This morning was some more cardio and a little bit of biceps. My biopsy results came back from last week and are negative so I am very relieved. Now let's hope the situation doesn't happen again for a very long time.
