It's another week. I had a nice weekend. The Beachbody coach training I went to was awesome. Now I just need to put it into action.

This morning I did the 30 min Shakeology workout. At least it is something.

Good Morning,

I didn't workout yesterday because I didn't sleep well the night before so I was drained by the time I got home from work. Tonite I am going to do TF 30, and maybe GS Back and Bis, definetly will do some abs.

Jean-glad to hear you had fun I know you will be able to put it all together.
 
Hi Roxie,
Hope you got your workout in last night. This morning was a short jog with the dogs. Then I came in and did some step. I don't think I have done step since the Houston RT. I was not very coordinated to say the least. I didn't have time to finish a whole DVD so I few segments and then did the Rhythmic Step Challenge. That got my heart rate up there.

Jean-I haven't worked out all week the dr. gave me a new sleeping pill and I must have slept on my rt. side all night and caused some shoulder pain I haven't been able to move it without cringing for the last 2 days, but I am going to try and workout tonite and then I am going to have to start working out in the mornings because my mom is coming to visit for the next 2 weeks.

No workout for me yesterday. Today I did a portion of step from Body Max 2 and then the back, chest and shoulders and abs from the upper body portion. I'm beginning to feel back in the grove.

Good Morning Jean,

I don't know what I will do tonight I didn't do anything last night. Having my mom here puts a crimp in my workouts and DD and DH are bringing there dog over for me to puppy sit this weekend. Good Job getting back in the groove.
