Hello ladies. Where is everyone? What's on the agenda for the week? I'm still fighting with female issues and had to go get a shot yesterday that is suppose to help. Hopefully I will be able to resume workouts soon.

I think it is just down to you and me now Jean. Amelia is posting on other threads and I haven't heard from Elaine for awhile. I did 4ds Back and Bis yesterday and then Power Hour abs. Hope the shot helps you feel better.
 
Hi Roxie, I plan on sticking around, so I hope you do too. Once I get over this female situation, I hope I get back to regular workouts. I'm hoping by next week I can get started on a good rotation. I need the accountability so I like being able to post.

Hopefully the others will post when they have time.

Jean-I'll stick around to help you stay accountable we have been together this long. Tonite for me is TF HiiT 15 and 4DS Chest, Tris, and Shoulders also want to get in a stretch. Is the shot helping any?

Yes, the shot stopped the period which needed to be done so they could do a biopsy. They did the biopsy today. Hopefully just to rule things out. I have a followup appt in 2 weeks to go over the results. The waiting sucks, but hopefully I will feel like working out in the next couple of days.

Tonite for me is TF 55EZ and maybe some abs. What are your plans today and how are you feeling?
 
Im still here guys just had to cut back on the computer time. I started a new job Tuesday:D its a temporary job but i still love it.
This weeks workouts:
monday-C&W
Tuesday-rest
wed-ME upper body
thurs-30min power walk
today-Athletic step
Tomorow-full body
Sunday-Cardio

I skipped a leg workout this week because the new job is very physical and my legs were pretty much sore all week long. (on my feet all day walking/picking up heavy product)

Jean- I hate waiting for test results, you would think in this day and age there would be a quicker method of getting test results back. ((hugs))

Roxie-nice workouts this week.

Have a great weekend...i will try and pop in when i can. These checkins really help keep me on track.

Roxie, nice workout. And thanks for asking how I'm doing.

Today, I am feeling pretty good so I decided to start to easy back into workouts. Opted for 4ds, Biceps and Triceps. I honestly can not remember how long it has been since I worked out last. Going to try to work back up to longer workouts, but figure if I can get in 30 minutes 4-5 days in the beginning that should be a great start.

Jean-Love 4ds...30minute workouts are the only thing i can get in sometimes too. Im glad your feeling good today:)

Roxie-Awesome 4ds workout! My job is in a retail warehouse...its seasonal for now, hoping to get hired in one day.

I did Maximum Intensity Strength this morning...skipped the tricep dips and the lunges off the step(hate those) but still got in a good workout:)

I rented a movie for me to watch later, after the kids go to bed. The Back-Up Plan with Jennifer Lopez...really like her. I got the kids Toy Story 3 to watch.
