I was going to share my new workouts with you guys today, but its more important to pump up for the BIG EATS coming in tomorrow.

In case no-one checks in tomorrow, Have a Happy Thanksgiving (by the way, I'll be here, 'cause I don't thanks give). Enjoy yourselves, try to stay strong on the eats.

BACK INTO IT ON FRIDAY, BIGGER BETTER DETERMINED AND PSYCHED (ALL OF US) TO GET A COUPLE POUNDS OFF BEFORE XMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE CAN DO IT!!:cool:

Andrea, I am so with you on the few pounds off before Christmas. Unfortunately I will probably put on a few tomorrow, LOL. Thanks for the pep talk. Today I should be fine, because I don't have much prep work to do since we are eating at my niece's. I do have to cook a turkey today and make one dessert, but neither require sampling. We are going out to dinner tonight with some relatives in town, but I will order a salad. Tomorrow morning I will weigh myself and then again for the several days just to see what the Thanksgiving damage is. Sometimes it is just bloat from the rich foods that our bodies aren't used to. Other times it just those darn stinky calories from the mass of desserts I eat. Oh well I only get desserts like that 3 times a year. (Easter, Christmas and Thanksgiving). I'll try to go small and keep it in moderation.

Today was 40 min jog with the dogs and then biceps and triceps in a progressive increase. Kind of like Pyramid Up. I think I will feel it tomorrow. Maybe I worked my arms enough it will hurt to lift my fork tomorrow. That way I'll eat less.

Hope everyone enjoys their holiday. Andrea although you don't celebrate Thanksgiving in Australia, take time for your self and family and just enjoy your day too.

Good Morning,

Tonites workout is Imax 2 1-5. Tomarrow I am going to my sisters house for thanksgiving dinner and I know that her and I will probably take a walk in the afternoon before the pumpkin pie. She battles her wt. like I do mine so we have the same mind frame and that helps. I'm going to tell DH that I want to be home at a decent time to do Get Ripped tomarrow nite. My big challenge will be Sunday when I host thanksgiving dinner with DHs family they all weigh over 200lbs. except for him.

Im pms'ing and such in a blah mood:rolleyes: not typically for me.

I took the dog for a walk/run interval outside for 35mins then came home and demanded the living room for MM. (DH and kids shouldn't be around me today anyway,im ready to bite somebodies head off,lol) I was shaking through the whole thing but i got all of it in...with the exception of the realy hard core stuff. burned 697 cals:)....still didn't get rid of my blahness/PMS.

Andrea-Im trying to hang in there,the scale is up(should of stayed off the D@mn thing:confused:) Thanks for the inspiring post this morning,i needed it!

Hey to everybody....my house is a mess and im starving right now...off to make my lunch(and something healthy,promise;))

Hi everyone and Happpy Thanksgiving to you all and Andrea too!!

No WO I slept in. Everyone is home today and driving me crazy. I am making as much as I can today because I have to work tonight.
I made a Tuscan chicken soup(recipe from banslug) for lunch. DH rolled his eyes. I told him you don't have to eat it. All the bettter I was thinking more for me later this week.

andrea I am in on doing our best for Christmas. I need to get going and take control.
