Ladies,

Before I forget, Amelia, i thought you were only going to work on Saturday mornings? Have I got that all wrong?

Roxie - I followed your advice and I worked out today. (It helps that I had the day off):)

Elaine - I don't know why we blow it all (the hard work) Do we just think, oh good I'm getting somewhere, I can slacken off? To be honest, though, you'd think I'd remain good seeing as I've struggled and struggled (and failed) to eat well, to get ANY kinda result.:confused:

So, I did a workout today. Ripped to the Core and Roxie, I did that one because its high intensity. So, theres three at a high intensity, Core, Ripped 1000 and Ripped and Chiseled. Then at the end of that I did a quick cardio about 15 mins.

I'm about to purchase Lowimpact Circuit. and Tracey Effing (or something like that) Squeeze. Anyone have these? Any reviews?

Andrea, sorry you had such a rough day at work. Hope you are enjoying your day off. My day yesterday was lonnngggg. 8 in the morning til 9:30 at night. Then I came home and wasn't tired. I'm surprised I got up this morning. I didn't work out yesterday. Today I felt went for a jog and felt better so hopefuly, my I don't want to's are gone. Hope your's are too. We have to stay positive. Think results. Think results. Think results!

Elaine, the pumpkin story was so cute. Kids learn what works don't they. Right now it's pumpkins, than it will be Ipods/computers and then cars, LOL.

Roxie, too cool about the HRM and the bar bell. I love my HRM. When I first got it I was obsessed with it and the calories burned. Now I use it more to make sure where my heart rate is. Sometimes I get disappointed because I thought I burned more calories than it shows.

Amelia, welcome back to the working world. I'm sure you'll do great. YOu just have to settle in and get used to the routine. Good for you on the will power to avoid the drinks.

Andrea H. how are things with you? Are you traveling much this time of year with your job?

Well this morning's jog was nice. The weather is starting to change. It almost felt crisp, although it was probably in the 60's. As I was typing this I heard a flock of geese that must have been flying over the house, apparently starting to fly south for the winter. This time of year is one of my favorites.

Good Morning and Evening,

Didn't workout last nite DH was home wanted to spend time with him, and I didn't get supper done before the biggest loser came on, then oldest DD and her DH came over to play some pool. Tonite is Fat Blaster its Chalenes answer to Blasts there are there low impact and 4 Turbos. I haven't had the chance yet to check out my HR so hopefully tonite I will.

Andrea-congrats on getting a workout in hope it help relieve some frustration. Thanks for keeping informed on the Jaris that is next months exercise.

Jean-glad you enjoyed your jog my knees won't allow me to do that.

Its chilly here today that means winter is just alittle closer darn. Everyone have a good day.

Andrea: I have Low Impact Circuit. I love the cardio. I have only done the workout as produced once. I am not a lover of circiuts.

Jean: too true about ipods and cars next. I hope by then DH will be immune to that face!:D Good job doing a jog.

Roxie: I hope you are able to use the HR monitor tonight.

Hi AndreH !

I love this time of year too! It has been around the high 30's low 40's in the morning. DH has been wearing a winter hat and gloves to go for his walk in the AM. Yesterday it struggled to get above 60. We have had to turn the heat on!:eek: I need to check out winter things for my boys. They seem to out grow them so quickly.

This morning I did Cardio Fusion up to power circuit 1. I also did DM drill 1 ( only the cardio).

I hate to even type this :eek:, but I have to say that I've been eating one okay maybe two sweet things a day for the past few days. I don't know why I do it.:confused: I am craving candy corns! But I wil not buy them, I will not buy them! I keep chanting this. Help,Help! I will not buy them!

Well the HR monitor probably worked great I just don't know how to use it wiped out all my info. I did workout though.
