Good Morning,

Eating was not so good yesterday a co-worker and I delivered a hospital bed and then stopped at pizza hut and had the buffet, I did manage to do a 20 minute TJ workout the puppy slept while I did it. Tonite is 3T totally tubular and ab jam.

Andrea-how was your day.

Amelia-good job on the eating and working out. Hope you get your dog walk in its rainy and cold here today so no outside activities.

Have you noticed everyone else has disappeared? Have a nice day ladies and for you keep up the good work and for me stay on track.

Hi everyone,

Sorry I have not checked in. I had a busy weekend and yesterday was a holiday for us.

Andrea: I am definitely in on the eating challenge. Over the weekend we took part in a ice cream food can swap. You bring a can good and get an ice cream for free. The ice cream cones where huge. Of course I ate the whole thiing!!:p

Amelia: Happy weekend!!

Roxie:Today is a new day and we will all eat better today.

Hi Jean and AndreaH!

This morning I did KPC. I am doing an endurance rotaton that fitness freak made up. I may have to alter it a bit to fit my schedule.

Okay gotta run, I have to have the oil changed on my car.YUCK!

Andrea congratulations on that compliment!! What a nice DH to notice.

My daughter (nearly 4) has woken me up! Now I can't go back to sleep, so I popped in here to see what everyone was up to.

My eating was good, until now. I'm up in the middle of the night, so what would I "have" to do? Yeah, the pantry.

So now, I am really cross with "she who must be obeyed".

I will be taking my dog to the vet tomorrow, shes no good and I have to do it for her sake and mine. I've kept her going for waaaay too long it is a sad and hard thing to do but, necessary.

I can't believe how many people get on this Forum during, your day! I read on the VF Forums someone (ages ago) thought that Cathe was a small buisness. Theres no way I would call it small!

Hi. Hi. Hi, Everyone.

Sorry I've been MIA. We had my nephew's wedding to go this weekend and just got back last night. I'm joining the "lose some thing by the end of the week" challenge. I did not watch what I ate this weekend, but I also did not go hog wild until yesterday. I was like a bottomless pit. So today, I'm back on track. I had wanted to lose 10 lbs by the wedding and that didn't happen. After I started my little mini challenge 4 weeks ago to prepare for the wedding, I actually gained weight and then lost some, so I ended up only 1 lb lighter from start to finish.

As for the long weekend it was wonderful. The wedding was in Maine and it is absolutely gorgeous this time of year. The trees were changing to fall colors. It was amazing. The wedding was beautiful and we had a great time visiting with family. Before the wedding, we were able to watch a portion of the "Wife Carrying National Championships" that were going on at the resort. Here's a clip on you tube of a previous year. It is quite a riot to watch.

We told my nephew he should have changed the time of the wedding so he could have participated with his new wife,LOL.
The day after the wedding we drove to Boston and spent the night there. Got up early yesterday and squeezed in 1/2 day of site seeing before heading to the airport.

OMG, Jean that clip was just to funny!:D
No Way would I let my husband carry me!

Yes, Maine is gorgious this time of year. My DH and I would go camping in Bar Harbor Maine every Columbus day weekend until our kids arrived. My younger DS does not do well on liong car rides. Bar Harbor being about 5 hours away.

It is funny I have friends who live near Boston and travel up my way to go leaf peeping.:D

Have a great day!

So enough about what I've been up.

Andrea, so sorry to hear about your dog. My thoughts are with you. It is such a hard thing to have to go through. As for Cathe being small, I don't know of very many small businesses that can afford to use NFL as their video producers so she must be doing something right. It does amaze me how many people have not heard about Cathe though.

Roxie, glad to hear you signed up for mfp. It sent me another email stating I hadn't used it so I started back today. When I do use it I only use it as a guide to see how many calories I ate. The plan it gave me was 1200 calories (without exercise) and it told me if I stuck to that I would lose .6 a week even though I told it I wanted to lose 2 lbs a week. It sounds like 1200 is the lowest it will go. My first week on it, I realized I often wasn't getting enough calories. So between the too light of days and the major pig outs, my body didn't have a chance at losing. I'm trying to keep things more even now so maybe I can see some changes.

Elaine, glad you got your workout in. I'm not very good at sticking to rotations. Hope you do well with yours. FitnessFreak puts out some great ones. Bar Harbour is gorgeous. we went there when my brother lived in Winter Harbor. I would love to go camping there.

Andrea H, hope everything is going well with you.

Here's to a great week for all of us!!!

Jean

Andrea-I understand what you are going through and it is incredibly tough, I am sending you a cyber hug.

Jean-It also told me to consume 1200 cal and I would lose 2lbs a week. I just forget to record the pop I drink and I really need to cut it out of my diet, I drink aleast 42oz a day.
