Hello Challengers!

Hopefully everyone is well. I'm totally pooped, and not because of a workout but because of work and lack of sleep. I can't be bothered too Jean, so i'm not going to. I'll just do the dishes and go to bed.

Amelia - You funny little possum. I'd love for you to came and give the a "smackdown". I can picture you storming into the office, Rolling up your sleeves, "Right then, who upset my girl?" I'll fix your little red WAGONS! Smackdown

jean- Why do we have to have the I can't be bothereds, all the time. I had just started to see results and I'd been doing o.k. eating wise too, and then the last two days, I'm just so tired.

Roxie - I'm still trying to work our Jaris rotations out. The problem being, that the rotations seem to stick to using just two of her DVDs each four weeks and you and I want to use ALL our DVD's in a rotation. The intensity differs on the harder Dvds. I'm thikning about it. But I tell you, I was seeing results! It was supposed to be my measuring day tomorrow, but due to having two days off I don't think I will now. I'll see what the mirror says when I look in it.

Good Morning,

Well I got in 15min of Turbo Jam last nite oldest DD and her DH came over with pizza and we played pool. Tonite is Totally Tubular before the biggest loser comes on.

Andrea-unless you have eaten like a horse I don't think two days will show that much on the tape. I understand what its like to be tired but I know that exercise will help me build up more endurance and those loooong days will be alittle easier.

Amelia-hows the back today? Hope you enjoyed your easy day yesterday. I think we should all group up on Andreas co-workers.

Andrea: I hope you have a better day at work tomorrow or is that today?
I have no idea why we do that to ourselves. We start to see results of our hard work and then we start to slide back into old habits. URGH!! I find it very frustrating!!:mad:

Amelia: I hope your back is feeling better.

Roxie: 15 min. is better than none.

Jean: I've been there. I put in a DVD start to do it and decide I really don't feel like doing it.

Hi AndreaH!!

Over the weekend we went apple picking and picked our pumpkins. My DS(7) always picks this huge pumpkin. I told him if you can't carry it then you need to look else where. I got the sad puppy dog face. Yup he got a big one my husband carried it. And what did DS learn, a cute face will get you everything!!:eek:

Yesterday I did LM 4-7 premix. This morning I did ME upper body split, the LEG press #1 (squats and deadlifts). I then found out they didn't need me at work so I finished my workout with BC core only premix and L&G floor work.
My eating took a detour when I made a sweedish apple pie. But I will be better today.

Amelia fogot to mention DH bought me a heart rate monitor Polar 4, then he bought me a new barbell the one I had you couldn't use clips with.
 
Hey girls! OMG,why was I in such a hurry to get back in the working world?:confused: By the time I left that place I was ready for a drink;):D unfortunately my stinkin diet won't let me one:mad:

so,no workout for me today. I probably won't workout tommorrow either:( I plan to start doing some cardio thursday...i won't get any weight work in until im sure my back is completely healed!;) My back is feeling alot better today,been icing it and taking meds.
