Hi everyone. Sorry I didn't check in yesterday, but it was just one of those days. I did work out though. 30 Minutes jog with the dogs. This morning was Tri's and back using some of the STS clips.

Roxie, way to go on the 2 lbs.

Amelia, hope your back it better today.

Andrea, glad you survived the weekend with the left over cake.

Elaine, hope you are feeling back to your old self again.

Andrea H, sorry you had a rough WE.

My eating yesterday was horrible. I wish people wouldn't bring sweets to the office. Actually what I wish is that I had some self control, LOL. Today I will try to stay strong and drink my shakes without any added cookies.

Girls,

Jean - I am so not eating ever again!! Ha! What do we have to do? The shakes thing works, until I see food. I had a look at the balloon photos, they were very flash!! Especially when lit up.

Amelia - Hows that back today?

Andrea - OMG YOU did have a shocker! I hope things have improved. Is there anything that we as a group can do to help? Don't feel like you can't ask for help.

Roxie- you are a funny bunny. calming writing "the scales say 121lbs" Thats 2lbs!!:D Well done!

i've had to edit this because I submitted it before it was finished.

Elaine - Me too on the eats thing. I can focus for two days maybe three then I fall off the wagon. i don't know how to get over it, we put all that effort into working out and then stuff it all up by eating! I'm sorry to hear you were not feeling well, hope you are feeling better?

Todays workout was supposed to 60 mins cardio, I wasn't feeling myself either so I did 4DS Bootcamp twice thru, except for the, fast feet, only did that one once. So I don't think i quite made it to 60 mins.

Its school hols here and I've had one weeks leave already and I have this week to go. But I've got to go in to a conference tomorrow and I'm dreading it! Its an invasion!

Good Morning,

Last nite I didn't do cardio party 3, I just did the burn section of learn and burn puppy was under my feet. Tonite is Totally Tubular its a resistance tube workout if you couldn't figure that out by the title its a 35min workout so should be able to get it done before biggest loser comes on. Its easy for me to eat well this week DH is only home 3 nites and I am doing the special k challenge just to see if it works. Went for walk on lunch hour again.

Andrea-I don't get excited over wt. loss because my wt. flucuates to much, even though you didn't do 60mins its better than none.

Jean-glad to see you post. I think food is evil, it entices us to eat it and destroys our self control. Good job on the workout.

Jean: if you find a place that sells self control I will be the first in line. I like Andrea do well for a few days then lose it.

AndreaH: (((HUGS))) I have had melt downs like that. It is almost like we need to purge occasionally then feel much better.

Roxie: the title Totally Tubular sounds like it came from the movie Fast Times at richmond High with Shawn Penn. LOL!:D

Andrea: I am feeling much better. Thank you. Yes, I agree a conference during your time off is an invasion!!

Amelia: How's that back doing?

My eating yesterday went well. My husband shakes his head when he sees all my containers in the fridge. So I put them in the freezer we have in the basement.:p

This morning I did ME upper body and the Kickbox cardio from BC.

We maybe getting a puppy. It will be a Labador retriever mix. I have never had a dog before so this will be a learning experience for me. I'm a bit nervous about what we are getting into. I've been reading some books about training and care. Wish me luck, I think I will need it.
