Hi girls.

Today was my one hour cardio so I pulled out MIC. I'd forgotten how tough that one was! My calves are screaming at me! I havn't done any HIC for ages and boy did I feel it!

Amelia - Have you settled down? I'm really happy for you, getting that job.

Jean - I didn't have my protein drink for dinner, i made the kids spaghetti, I can't resist spaghetti. So I've only had the one protein shake today. But I have eaten well.

Roxie - I didn't sleep at all well last night and I'm happy to report, no visits to the pantry. AND I've not bought any yummy food. The girls are not happy, but if I am to give this a real go , I've got to make the sacrifices.

Andrea - I understand what you say about the drinks not suitable for you. I was worried too, however, I bought one thats double choc, what can I say except -YUM! And I think (too soon say for sure) but I think thats helping me not have the choc or sweets cravings.

Todays workout is BM2 cardio and weights premix...thats 70 mins and over 700 calories burned(according to MFP,but im only eating 500 of those cals burned just to be safe;)) How

Andrea-ive settled down a bit,LOL! Now im nervous about starting saturday.....I just want to do my best! Great Job with MIC...I have that one but ive NEVER done it:eek::confused:

Tonites workout is Rythmic Step and you all know how that works for me, wish me luck. Taking my tennis shoes to work to go for another walk over my lunch hour alittle extra cardio never hurts.

Andrea-good job on staying away from the pantry, I have the BSN lean dessert in banana cream and it is just like a shake its thick.

Roxie-I love that BSN dessert protein powder,man its delish! I haven't had any in a while though...been cutting back on my spending lately! Have fun with RS tonight!

workout is done,BM2 cardio and weights premix!...man im i pooped! I was really pushing myself towards the end of that sucker;) now its time to eat like a horse! Can you guys beleive that MFP has me eating 2300 cals today:eek: But i promise to make it nice a clean food! BBL
 
Hi everyone. Didn't WO this morning - decided to cuddle up w/ DH instead. May get something in tonight or cram in one of the 4DS cardio routines tomorrow morning before I leave for the weekend.

I DID lose 2lb this week, though! I was so excited! It seems like forever since I lost any weight.

Andrea, the chocolate sounds yummy - I'm glad it helps w/ the cravings for you. I like the shakes, but my brain thinks I need to chew :eek: in order to be satisfied. Calories alone apparently don't count for my brain :p Anyway, more power to you!

Roxie, good luck w/ RS. I don't have that one, but would like to get it. I've heard wonderful things about it. LowMax is my "dancy" one and I really like it (when I'm not tripping on the step LOL!). I trip a lot since I'm usually doing it @ 5:30am.

Amelia, you're AMAZING! I don't think I could do that 70min premix! Of course I haven't tried either. Something to put on the list for my next day off...

I know it's late to be posting, but I did get a workout in today. It was spin class. Managed to drink my 2 shakes, but had a poor dinner while on the run tonight (arby's).
