Hi Roxie,

The past couple days have been Work Max and Clean Max. I have a friend coming from out of town (fellow Cathlete) and we are running a 5k race with another Cathlete tomorrow. Should be a great weekend. Hope you enjoy yours.

Good Aftenoon Jean,

Tonite for me is GS Legs Timesaver #1 and KCMs KBXing. Dh, DD, SIL and I are going to a Royals baseball game tomarrow night and of course its suppose to rain but I think it will still be fun.
 
Good Morning Jean,

This morning I did Med Ball Abs and GS Legs. Hoping the ball game doesn't get rained out. What are you up to?
 
Hope the game didn't get rained out. Yesterday was the 5K race for Ovarian Cancer. There were 3 of us Cathletes there. If was a lot of fun. Last night 2 of us met up with another Cathlete and went to Grapefest, which is a wine festival. We had a great time.

Good Afternoon Jean,

The rain stayed away and they won 10-3 saw 3 broken bats and 3 homeruns so it was exciting fighting some dizziness today ran out of allergy medicine. DD and I are going to go for a 4 mile walk later if its not raining. Sounds like you had fun yesterday and good job.
 
Hope your allergies are better. Sounds like a good game. No workouts Sunday or Monday:(. Today was just a walk with the dog. It started out as a jog, but such wasn't feeling it. I need to gain some control again with my eating. Weight is starting to creep back up.

Good Morning Jean,

DD and I went for that 4 mile walk Sunday night and yesterday and today we went for a 3 mile walk. Monday night I did KPC and tonite is Super Sets Lower Body.
 
Stay up too late last night, but managed to get in 1/2 of P90X chest and back and 1/2 of Ab Ripper X in this morning. Starting to feel it tonight so even though is was short, it did some good:).

Good Morning Jean,

DD and I went for a walk this morning and it was a little cold 43 degrees but the sky was a pretty pink and purple. Good Job with your workouts.
 
That is a little chilly already. Brrrr. Today I did 35 minutes of jogging. I'm trying a run 4 min/walk 1 min ratio to see if that will help me build up my stamina. What I was doing wasn't working.

Well so far this week sucks for me. No work outs. No energy. Gaining weight instead of losing. I signed up for a biggest loser contest at my office and ever since then, my weight is going up instead of down. Not cool. Hope your week is off to a better start than mine.

Good Morning Jean,

Yesterday DD and I went for a walk and then I did Turbo Jam 20min, this morning we didn't walk but tonite is CTX 10-10-10 cardio. This weekend I put on a size 7 pair of jeans I couldn't wear last year they were brand new never took the tags off so alot of cardio seems to be the answer. I now you can do this.
 
My post from this morning disappeared.:( Oh well. I did get in a 45 minute walk/jog.

Congrats on the jeans fitting. Your workouts and walking are definitely paying off. I have some in my closet with tags still on them that eventually I will be able to get into some day.

Good Afternoon Jean,

DD and I went for a walk this morning it was really dark and very humid. Tonite is KBXing of some type. Congrats on the workout.
 
No workout yesterday, but did manage to get in 30 minute walk jog this morning. Sure wish Cathe would hurry up with the new DVDs. Maybe something new would motivate me to be more consistent.

Good Morning Jean,

Last night I did CTX Leaner legs and tonite I am going for a walk with DD after work. I am excited about the new workouts to but they look scary.
