How is everyone?

I managed a workout today, Muscle endurance, upper body, then GS chest and tris time saver. I am trying to incorpaorate Cathe endurance work into my workouts.

Does any body where Fitness Freaks rotations have disappeared to?

I've just read the weekends posts and I've totally forgotten what everyone wrote.

I remember Amelia wanted to know what Maccas fries were, - McDonalds French Fries, I thought I'd talk "American" and call them Maccas Fries and you would know what I was talking about. :D I won't try to talk "American" anymore.;)


My eatings been O.K ish today too, so thats always good

Hello all.
This morning was a premix from Drill Max. It's been a long time since I did a Cathe DVD. Felt good. Trying to keep eating under control for the week. We have a Halloween party this weekend and I need to stay focused.

Andrea as for American McDonald's talk. We might say Micky D's. Even then people go What? Anyway, I'm sure you are better at American talk than I would be at Australian talk or can I say Aussie talk?

Good Morning,

Today is Cardio Party 3 I have the puppy but DH is on vacation this week so he can wear him out until I get home so he will sleep while I work out.

Andrea-glad to hear you are adding cathe to your workouts last time I looked Debbies rotations were still there but go to search this forum and try to bring them up.

Scale says I am up 1lb at 124.2. This is a new week time to get my butt in gear. Have a nice day everyone.

Andrea-LOL, ooooooooh,macca's means Mcdonalds LOL,yeah....I would of never got that one;) I LOVE any kind of french fries and i have to stay very far away from them...well,except those breaded french fries from caption D's, yuk! Did you try doing a search on FF's rotation? AWESOME workout today...wow,you go girl!

Jean-Great job with the premix from drillmax,i sold that workout! I did it when I worked out intense but it sat on my shelf so long and I needed the money. Cathe can sure make some challenging workouts....I don't think ive ever ran across anybody as intense as her?

Roxie-Are you using your HRM? I thought about getting one for my birthday...for myself:p:D. Wasn't it you that got one not too long ago or im i crazy(which could very well be):confused::rolleyes:

Well, ive got somekind of cold/allergy thing going on so im not really tempted to workout:( if I don't workout today then It won't be until thursday because I work the next two days,unless i can munster enough strength afterwards. My throat is itchy,nose running and yesterday I had body aches,not today though...so thats good! I don't really care anyway:(im in a funk! I just don't care about working out or eating right? It takes all my energy to stay out of the kitchen and to get in four workouts a week? I think im just trying to adjust to my new working schedule. Remember,ive been a stay at home mom for four years so this is all new to me:confused:I'll be alright when i get back in the swings of things;) Im also turning the big 3...0 in less than a month and im NOT thrilled about that:(

Amelia-I did get a HR monitor and I use it every time I workout. I thought you only worked Saturdays. Wait until you turn 40 that is even worse, but 30 was a tough on for me. Hope you feel better tomarrow.
