Hi everyone!

I'm not too sure yet, what my workout will be. Its a bit late now so, I might skip it of I might do some legs and abs.

My challenge this week is going to continue as I FINISHED LAST WEEK! I can't workout how to insert smiles and thumbs etc... yet.

Must go, screaming voices, I can hear

Well I guess I was typing when Andrea started the thread so we ended up with 2. I copied my post over to this one.

Hello everyone. New Day, New Week, New You.

Since I seem to be faltering with the eating side so much this month, I'm going to challenge myself to better eating this week. Join me if you too have been having problems. Let's make this a great week. #1 For me this week, NO Candy!!!

This morning was Power Hour. I haven't done that one in a long time. I decided to do total body since I will be traveling towards the end of the week and didn't know what body parts I would get in. Tomorrow will be some kind of cardio.

Hi Jean and Andrea,

It was difficult to find this thread. I am one of the many who had to reregister.
today I did the 4DS LIS WU and chest and back, a nice long stretch for my healing hip.

It is late gotta get to bed.
