Good Morning Jean,

My allergies have been horrible they are burning all around us so the town is covered in a smoke haze. They are getting ready to put the rafters on the house and then they can cover it, all the framing is done inside so you can see where everything is going to be. They hope to have it done by August but definetly before the baby gets here in Sept. I am glad to hear you now have someone to hold you accountable. I have been walking this week but not alot of wts. I need to get back to those but I have been helping DD pack up things they don't use before she is to pregnant to do it.

Didn't work out yesterday. Cough kept me up most of the night so I was too tired. Did make an appt for dr. though , so I went there this morning after my work out. Doubled upon the work out since I missed yesterday. I did legs and then Delts/shoulders and tris. Dr. said probably just allergies and gave me rx for the cough plus a nose spray. Never used nose spray before so this should be fun to get used to.

Hope you have a great weekend. Glad to hear the house is coming along.

Good Afternoon Jean,

DD and I have been walking and then I did KCM Sculpting on Wednesday night. I forgot my allergy medicine this morning and I am not feeling well this afternoon nose is running and I am sneezing. I have tried the nose sprays and they work better then allergy medicine I think. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

I went for a 2 mile walk in the park and then did KCM Body Training Standing Legs.
