I can't believe it is already March.

Great job on you workouts.

Today I did Lower Body Triset JFO premix from the Total Body Triset DVD. I really like it. A lot of punch for a shorter workout.

Today I managed to jog 30 minutes of may walk/jog. It was slow going, but at leat moving in the right direction.

Good Afternoon Jean,

I wasn't on yesterday due to a virus on my work computer from this site but its all cleaned up now and my laptop at home wasn't infected. Tonite is EB's Burn & Firm Pilates. I can't believe its March either since we didn't really have a winter. Good job with your workouts.

I am doing new workouts called Kettle Worx and I am not sure I like them, tonite is the second night I said I would give it a week and then if I still don't like them I will do something else. The house is also our DD's hope to have it finished by July. Good job with your workouts.

Good Evening Jean,

Tonite I spent with my dd's so I didn't get a workout in. I haven't been able to tell people until today but I AM GOING TO BE A GRANDMOTHER, my oldest dd is due in Sept. so that is why we are trying to get there house built. How much longer do you have therapy?
 
How exciting! Congratuations. As for therapy, I'm not sure. I was just telling the therapist yesterday that when we were working on the elbow I could feel improvement each week, but with the shoulder I am not seeing results as quickly. She said the shoulder takes a long time. I think I have been doing the shoulder for 4 weeks now, so I will see how the next 4 weeks go. Maybe by then I will see major improvement. I see some now, just not as much as I thought I would.
Today, I did the leg and ab portion from 4 day split.

How are you liking the Kettle workouts. Are you using kettle bells or just regular weights?

I've been doing pretty good with my workouts. Monday night I added in Yoga Relax and my shoulder exercises. Yesterday was STS legs, disc 14 I think. Today was suppose to be a run before therapy, but I didn't get up in time. I did Ab Ripper X and then the shoulder therapy exercises.

Good Evening Jean,

I worked out this weekend and then had a bday party for my nephew. On Saturday we went and told the great grandmothers about the baby and my sister to. I am doing the kettlebell workouts with a bell and I am not a big fan of these particular workouts but I though I would give it a valent effort. I didn't do anything today for some reason I decided not to eat so by now I have a pretty good headache going on and I just don't feel very good. Good job getting your workouts in the weather here allowed me to go for a walk outside last night and it felt great.
 
No workout yesterday. today I attempted Athletic Training Leg Cardio. I am fighting some chest congestion and I think this work out tried to kill me. Can't wait to try it on a good day.

Hi Roxie,
This week hasn't been so good for me. I did get in a run on Saturday Morning, 30 min. jogging 15 walking. This week, I still have the chest congestion and haven't been sleeping well. I finally made myself workout this morning. I only did the upper body premix from STS Total Body and then some ab work. Bought some different cough medicine last night so maybe it will help me kick this cough to the curb. Hope you are doing well this week.

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. It has rained here most of the week today is the first day we have seen sunshine but more rain is in the forcast. I got tired of the Kettle Worx workouts and went back to KCM. I hope you get to feeling better.

Tonite I did KCM's Start Here cardio and Hip Hop Abs Last Minute Abs and 30mins on the TM. Its raining again.
 
Sorry I've been MIA. I don't how the weeks keeping going by so fast. This week has been a good week. I finally enlisted the help of my son-in-law. He's a personal trainer. So I asked him to tell me what exercises to do and I have to report back to him be accountable. Monday was Back and Biceps, yesterday, chest & abs. Today I did went for a 2 mile run using hiit intervals and then had physical therapy. i'm still coughing and can't wait for this to be over with. It is probably allergy related so I started taking Claritan so hopefully that will help.

Enjoy your workorks outs. Hope the rain has subsided for you. How is the house coming? When do they expect to be finished?
