Good Morning,

Today I get a root canal done and I have to take a medication that relaxes me before I go the pharmacists said it will pretty much knock me out which is good didn't sleep well last nite. I am hoping to at least feel up to doing basic step tonite not alot of jumping around no blasts because I didn't get a workout in last nite. Was suppose to do LM 1-4 but I don't think I will be up for that one.

I've just finished work, its 2am here and I'm pretty tired, but I thought i'd get a quick post in before bed.

4DS HIS and 4DS bis and back was the workout today.

I think I'll use 4DS shoulders and tris tomorow and I'll find a cardio mix somewhere.

Roxie How Brave you are! I hope you are O.K and the root canal goes alright. You probably should rest after having that done and no exercise.

This morning I did a KPC L&G premix. I wished I had woken up earlier to get more of the WO in. I got about 50min . of it done.
My kids have a half a day of school today, so i have to scoot and get some work done.
 
HI HI Everyone. Another drive by post. Hope to get around to personals again soon. Know that I am thinking of each of you even if I don't get a chance to post personals for everone.

Roxie, I agree with Andrea, I don't think you should exercise. Increased blood flow might not be good. To be on the safe side ask the oral surgeon.

This morning was 45 min. on the TM for over 400 calories burned. Nice and sweaty. Got to run.

Hope to have more time soon.

Hey girls! I meant to checkin this mornin but my computer was updating itself and running really slow!

Done with my workout and going by the HRM(which i love) i burned 420 cals! I did a short 20min jog and a 10 min powerwalk at a 9% incline with three-five min. breaks at 3.0.....if all that makes any sense?LOL

ok,im starving and sweaty so im off to the shower! Everybody have a great day! bbl with personals!
 
Root Canal went fine time to sleep off the muscle relaxer Dr. said I should feel up to doing an easy workout can't type time for sleep.

Amelia, glad you got your HRM. Way to go on the calories. How’s your water today? The scale is so close for you. Keep it going.

Elaine, 50 min. is a decent workout. Enjoy the afternoon with the kids. As for the puppy, have you seen the Halty leashes. It is kind of like a halter that goes over their head. When they pull, it makes their head turn back toward you. I’ve never used one, but several people in the dog training class I took used it and like it. Here’s an article on it.

Roxie,im so glad your root canal went fine! I hope you have a fast recovery. Be careful with your workout, personally I would take a rest day(or two)

Jean-Great job on your workout!looks like we had similar workouts.....Do you listen to music when your on the treadmill? I usually watch a movie!
