Challengers-Christmas Week 12/21-27

I hope everyone had a great Christmas!

Im not sure what im doing today, ive had some pretty intense workouts lately and my body reminded me this morning:confused: very achy. I may take a rest day. And today is back on track with my calorie counting...the first day is always the hardest for me so wish me luck:)

Good Morning,

The last week has been bad for me not eating and not working out. I am going to refocus the workouts today we still have one more christmas today and then it will be over. Yesterday I had th bottle flu and was sicker than a dog. But we will all refocus this week. My sister didn't make it down for christmas because of the weather. Some reports say we have 12"s. Forgot to mention that one of my workouts to day is C&W Premix 1 and then I want to makeup some of the cardio I missed.

Amelia-good luck with the calories this week. Time for all of us to get back to our routines.
 
Just finished C&W premix #1 not alot of chest work in this one, but I love the abs.

I fisnished my workout earlier, did Kelly Coffey-Meyer's cardio blast premix #1(41mins) + Cathe's 4ds back and bi's. 540 burned in 71mins. I feel so much better.

I really like that workout, i will have to check into more of her workouts.
 
Good Evening,

Spent the evening putting away the christmas stuff have alittle bit left to do. Last night on the way home from MILs we had a deer run into the front side of my car we managed to slow down before it decided to ram its head into us. I haven't done a workout yet need to stretch body sore from shoveling yesterday.

Amelia-glad you like her workouts they are pretty easy to learn. I think you would like the kickboxing one to.
