Hi Roxie,
Hope your week is off to a great start start. No workout for me yesterday. I went to work early and went shopping after work so I ran out of time to squeeze one it. This morning's workout called for 10 min easy jog, 20 minutes faster, and 10 min easy. I hope to feel some improvement quickly, because this time around feels likes its killing me. I probably feel that way every time I start back up, lol. Too bad I can't stay on track and then I wouldn't go through these tough start up days.

Do you have a favorite Stretch Max? I really should add in more stretching.

Good Morning Jean,

Monday I did 4ds back and bis and then took the dog for a walk, yesterday I didn't get a workout in DH and I went shopping. Tonite is 4ds chest, tris and shoulders and some kind of ab work. I really like SM #3 using the band I too need to do more stretching hips are really killing me.
 
Good Evening Jean,

Tonite DH and I went out to eat with youngest DD and her BF and then I came home and did my workout 4ds chest, tris and shoulders and then shape abs.
 
Today, I went out for 20 minutes with the dog and then did my scheduled run. It called for sprint training. I did 5 sets (2min sprint-2min walk) and then finished up with a slow steady jog. Total time out was over an hour.

Hope you have a nice weekend. DH jsut got back in town, so we will probably take in a movie this weekend.

Good Afternoon Jean,

I didn't workout last night didn't sleep well the night before really tired so tonite is legs and maybe a walk outside if it isn't raining. Good job with your workout.
 
Good Evening Jean,

Tonite I did 4ds KB and Power Hour Abs. Starting Monday my oldest DD asked me to go walking with her at 5am I hate mornings.
 
Sorry I've been MIA. My mom had some health issues come up so I went there to help her for a few days. She is recovering nicely, so I am back home and hope to get a work out in. How's your week going?

Good Morning Jean,

I have gotten up Mon & Tue at 5:00am to go for a 2 mile walk with my oldest DD but this morning she was to tired. I also did GS Chest & Tri premix. Tonite is GS Standing Legs and PLB Floorwork. Hope your mom is better.
 
Thanks, we have to waiting for the results of the biopsy to see what type of treatment she may need.

Nice job on getting up early to get in a walk.

Today I got up (didn't want to, LOL) and managed to get in a dog walk/jog. I usually feel good afterwards, but not this morning. My chest is all tight. Hope I'm not getting congested.

Good Morning Jean,

DD and I went for another walk this morning only it was 3 miles and it felt great. Last night I did GS Standing Legs & PLB Floor Work. Good job doing your workout even though you didn't feel like it.
 
Nice job on the 3 mile walk and getting your workout in. Today I did a circuit using Double Wave for the cardio and mixed biceps and triceps in with it.

Good Morning Jean,

Yesterday DD and I went for a 2 mile walk and then I did STS Med Ball Abs. This morning I did GS Back, Bis, and Shoulders then TJ Abs.
 
Today was Cardio Coach Press Play. I did a combination of running and walking.

I'm trying to decide what weight work out to do for a rotation. I have a class reunion coming up and it would be nice if I could tone up a bit before it.

Good Job,

I am on a recovery week this week so today is stretching and then I am going to have DH move the wii upstairs and do some zumba and some yoga. Have you tried FFs Dec 08 rotation I just finished it and had some good results.
 
Enjoy your recovery week. Do you have the link for the Dec 08 rotation? I looked for it, but couldn't find it.

Today was an oudoor jog using Itread. Then I jumped rope for a few minutes. I forgot how hard that can be.

Good Morning Jean,

Its under Fitness Freaks Rotations. This morning DD and I went for a 2 mile walk and finished just before it cut loose and poured. Good Job with your workout.
 
Thanks, now I found her rotations. I was trying to find them through the search feature. I'll have to it check.

Today I tried my hand or should I say legs with Lower Body Blast. I did about 3/4 of it and then did Stability Ball Abs from Ab Circuit.

I didn't get up and walk this morning didn't sleep well last night I had a headache, tonite I really need to work abs. Good job with your workout glad you found those rotations.
