Hi Roxie,

Oh boy am I beat. I attended the Cathe Road Trip and we did a ton of workouts. Today to keep the momentum going, I went to spin class.

Last night I did 4ds back and chest, SJP step only and Med Ball abs. Tonite is KCM TLC Boxing. I am doing FFs Dec 08 rotation. Glad you had fun on road trip.

No workout yesterday & I ended up working late. This morning I got up and did Circuit Blast - Scrambled Eggs. When I was at the road trip, several people talked about all the pre-mixes and I realized I haven't even looked at some of those. I decided I need to just start popping them in and give them them a whirl so I did Scrambled Eggs.

Man is it hot here. Are you having excessive heat too? I think we are on 31 days in a row of over 100. At 9 o'clock last night, it was still 104.

Yes we have been incredibly hot here to but starting tomarrow it is suppose to be cooler. Tonite for me is 4ds LIS step only and shoulders.

Didn't feel like working out so I took the easy route and did Basic Step and 4ds shoulders.

Yesterday and today I only did 20 minute jog/walks with the dog each day. I should be highly motivated after returning from the road trip but all I want to do is eat. Not a good combination, food and no motivation, lol.

Good Afternoon Jean,

I have done 4ds legs, legs & glute floor work and tonite is 4ds bis and tris and abs. I am going to visit my mom and sister tomarrow so I am doing part of tomarrows workout today. Stay away from the food.
 
Roxie, hope your week is going better than mine. I have no desire to work out. My weight is back up to the highest it has been since January. I have no motivation and just want to throw in the towel. Its like why bother. When I do work out and eat right, I drop a few pounds, but I never get closer to the way I want to look. Sorry to be such a downer. I just needed to vent.

Good Morning Jean,

Yesterday morning I did abs and then last night I did GS Chest and Back and since it cooler here right now took the dog for a walk. Don't get discouraged even losing a few pounds is better then none, pick yourself up dust yourself off and get right back on that wagon.
 
I finally got a workout in. This morning was 3 miles walking/jogging. I have a 5k race coming up in about a month. I really need to get back some endurance. I can't believe how quick it fades.

Good Morning Jean,

Last night I did GS bis, 2 mile walk with the dog and some ab work. Tonite I am getting on early to do GS legs before DD and her DH come over to bbq before the football game. If its not raining dd and I will go for a walk. Good job getting a workout in.

Nice job on the work outs. I finally did a weight work again. I did STS total Body. well at least most of it. Started to feel sick about 3/4 of the way through it. I really like it though.

We finally got some rain last night. On Thursday our streak of days over 100 finally broke too. I think we had 40 or 41 in a row. But is was right back up there on Friday.

Good Afternoon Jean,

This morning I did GS Tris, Shoulders, SJP Abs and a 2 mile walk. Our 100 degree temps finally broke too and we have been having storms off and on all week. Good Job with the wt. work.
 
Hope your weekend is going well. Today I did a total of 65 minutes jogging. I'm going to try and following the training plan I got when I did the 9-5K program, but I'm starting in the middle of it since my 5k race in in a month and not 9 weeks. Today called for 50 minutes easy run. So I took the dog out first for 15 minutes and then I did the 50 easy. Well I can't say it was easy, lol, but it was very hot and slow. I saw a beautiful hawk just sitting on a fence while on my run and then I saw a yard that someone had filled with plastic flamingos and a sign that read, your yard has been flamingoed by a 3 day Walker. Both made my day.

Good Afternoon Jean,

This morning I did Stretch Max #1 and later I am going to do #3. We went to the pool with oldest DD and her DH and our youngest DD came along to. Sounds like you have a good plan in place.
