I can't believe we are already into September. Where does the time go? Today was a 40 minute jog followed by a 15 minute walk. Its been a crazy week. DD's dog had to have emergency surgery on Wednesday. She is doing well know though. I know my daughter was really scared about it.

Good Afternoon Jean,

This morning I did Ellen Barretts Slo-Robics and Total Body Stretching. DD didn't feel like going for a walk today and its amazing how fast you get used to something I missed it. Glad to hear DDs dog is doing fine.
 
Good Evening Jean,

This morning DD and I went for a walk at 6:30 even though it was my day off and I could have slept in, then I did 100 crunches and 30 pushups on my knees. Its cooler here to. Good job with your workout.
 
Nice job on getting up even though it was your day off. I went back to bed yesterday after my workout, lol.

Today was upper body pyramid - up only. It felt good to be doing some weight exercises again. I really need to be more consistant with it.

Good Afternoon Jean,

This morning I went for a walk with DD it was nice and cool and tonite I am babysitting my bratty nephew. Good job with your workout. I tried to go back to bed couldn't do it.
 
Hope the babysitting went well. Today, I went out for a 45 minute jog/walk. Sure wish the jogging was improving, but it doesn't seem to be. Oh well things could be worse.

DD had to go to work early this morning so we are going to walk tonite, I also plan on doing BM2 Upper Body premix abs and a stretch. Good job with your workouts the walking never gets easier either. The brat behaved himself once he stopped crying.

I did BM2 Upper Body/Abs/Stretch and then DD and I went for a walk at the lake its nice a cool perfect night for a walk.

Nice workout!. Mine was short, but at least it was something. I did Gilad's Quick Fit, legs/hips this morning.

Didn't get my walk in this morning was to tired, tonite is KCMs Split Sessions Lower Body suppose to do B&Gs but not feeling up to that one. Tomarrow I am headed to a family reunion and Sunday is MILs birthday.

Hope you had a nice weekend. Saturday, we took the dog to the city Doggie Dunk. They open the public water park up to dogs. She had a blast and did not want to leave. She just kept swimming and swimming.

This morning i got up and did parts of Cardio & Weights.

DD and I didn't go for a walk this morning because she worked until 2am so tonite is LIS Leg Blast and some abs. Sounds like your dog had fun.
 
Managed to get my workout in this morning:D I did 3+ miles using Cardio Coach V.2. It was warm again. We had temps over 100 yesterday and will probably have them again today.

Good Morning,

I didn't workout last night I was watching football and then DD called this morning not feeling well so no walk. Tonite is MM Upper Body premix and abs.
Good job getting your workout in we are suppose to only be in the 80's today but its very windy, it was hot here yesterday.
 
I htink we are suppose to cool off starting today. We broke the record for most days over 100 for the year. We hit 70 and today may make 71. This morning I did Power Hour. I'm sure I will feel it tomorrow.
