Good Morning,

Tonite will be Get Lean Circuit and I've Got Abs. I did last nites workout in two sessions but I got it finished.

Ameli-enjoy your pilates tried it once but I just wasn't flexible enough for the moves.
 
No Wo this morning. I went to bed to late and slept in. I woke to a very load thunder storm. The sun peeked through but I see the dark clouds rolling in.

I am very lazy this morning. I feel like I should have a UV lamp on my head like they do in Alaska. It's just so darn gloomy. I may take the boys to see Ice Age at the movies.

Okay enough complaining and groaning. Off to the shower.
 
Elaine-did you decide to take your boys to the movie? That sounds a fun way to get rid of the gloom! We may go and see the new Johnny Depp movie tomorrow. Im not sure if i can talk my DH into seeing that verses Transformers...which i don't mind seeing either!

4ds chest/shoulders/triceps then i popped in Winsor Pilates Cardio burn +core work...OMG:eek: it was so much fun! The cardio was only 20mins and there is live music in the background playing! Then she cools you down and ends with core work...I didn't know i could do some of those moves!


Im going to do that other pilates workout on there on sunday! It looked challenging.

Roxie - I totally understand about the migraine! Getting older is such a pain (literally), On Monday/Tuesday, I found that staying still and in resting helped a lot. Hugs to you, its so unfair!

Amelia - I quite enjoy Maries pilates too. I havn't done the cardio ones though.

Elaine- We are finally getting some rain here. Boy, do we need it. Ice Age 3 is on my "to do" list too.

Jean- Great workout, I didn't realise you could do STS daily, I thought it was supposed to be done as a series (that sounded really dumb of me didn't it??)

Bootcamp was totally fantabulous yesturday. Circuit work, Bootcamp style. I am very sore today. one exercise, we did a version of the "rings" ie gymnastic rings. Not the cross or anything that flash. But it was totally amazing. Who needs weights? Get yourself a set of rings!!!!

Thanks for your kind thoughts. It puts everything into perspective doesn't it?
 
Got a shot in the a** for my headache not helping much but I still plan on working out.

Andrea-are you seeing any results from the bootcamp classes? I have had this headache on and off since saturday.

Hi everyone.

Yesterday's work out was Zumba class. Several girls at the office heard about one starting up and they offered try it classes for free. There were 4 of us from the office that went. It was kind of like salsa aerobics. It burned over 500 calories. It was fun, but my body just doesn't move like that so it felt very unnatural.

Roxie hope the headaches subside. Can't believe you still got your workout in.

Amelia, and Elaine did you both make it to the movies? We'll probably see something tonight. Not sure which one though.

Andrea, the rings? Wow that sounds amazing. As for STS you do it as a program. I finished the series last month and started over. The first time through I did the 3 1/2 month rotation. I started over a couple of weeks ago and I'mdoing the 6 month rotation this time. So I do it 3 times a week with cardio mixed in between. Sometimes I will do 2 discs back to back because I missed one, but its always different body parts. Basically you work each body part once per week and try to get in cardio 3 times a week. That part is hard for me. If I work out 5 days in one week i'm doing great. Getting in 6 just doesn't happen much for me.

Today's WI shows I'm at my lowest weight in several months. So finally the scale is moving in the right direction. Now if I don't totatlly blow it this week with 4th of July food/drink.

Thanks everyone I still have the headache and now a sore hip from the shots. Tonites workout is Basic Step and Lean Circuit 2 for the last time. I am going to be 5 workouts short for the month of June but at least I can say I tried.
 
Roxie - Im wondering if you should rest with that head? Take good care of yourself, hon.

Hi everyone. Today was suppose to be a long jog. It's ninety+ degrees out there and I only lasted 30 minutes and then walked home. I only jogged 4K. My minimum plan was at least 5. Oh well, you do what you can do. Don't know what our plans our for the day.

Morning

Today is 4ds back/biceps then some pilates.(totaling 40mins, i may throw in some power walking hill intervals on the treadmill so that it can be an hour workout).

I took a rest day yesterday,it was nice. I did cut the grass and was sweating bullets so i felt better about our little cook out last night! The kids had a blast with the fireworks....

Jean-Jogging in the heat is tough,WTG yesterday!

Good Morning,

Today is a rest day for me I might do some yoga later. Went to a lake yesterday and watched a ski show and then some fireworks so today is laundry, and grocery shopping I may lay out later. Tomarrow I start Cathes March 09 rotation.

Today is rest day for me too. This morning I've done some cleaning and now I have to go into the office for some end of quarter stuff.

Tomorrow starts a new week. Let's hit it strong and clean. Any mini challenges for the week?

I finished my workout ealier. 4ds back and biceps then winsor pilates for 20mins.... im not sure why i only burned 130calories though:mad:. Oh Well,atleast i got it in...
