~^~^Challengers- 6/15-6/21

Well Ladies, I'm kind of bummed. I finally decided this week to start going to spin class again instead of just sitting around on Thursday nights. Then I hear on the news last night that my club chain is filing for bankruptcy and closing a bunch of clubs. I get up this morning and check the internet to see if the class schedule was still the same. My club was not there. I called them and they were still open (until June 26) and the last spin class was tonight. So of course I went and it was a great class. But now I'm bummed because it will be closed soon. Unfortunately there are no other clubs from this chain close to me. That sucks.

On a better note, eating was still pretty good today, except for 1/2 of boston market brownie.

Andrea, congrats on the noticeable shrinkage. We can do this!!!

Ok, last one to post last night, first one to post this morning.

Workout done. I did disc 5 Triceps and Back and completed it. Finally a completed workout after vacation. And the best part is weigh in this morning shows the scale moving in the right direction.

Good Morning,

Couldn't get up to workout this morning so probably not going to get on in. I'm taking a TJ 20min workout with me and ab jam to do in the motel when I get up in the morning. I got my toe nails painted last nite so I didn't do burn interval either. I need to get back on track I am on vacation next week so I will finish the last week of Chalean.
 
Ladies!

Heres something interesting. I pulled out CLX Get Lean Intervals, which, when I first got it, I thought it was quite challenging. Now, after only two weeks of Bootcamp, I found the cardio in this DVD waaaay easy. I might give some of Imax3 a whirl and see if I find that easier.

Im also enjoying Tracey Effinger - her Squeeze programs.

Jean - Well done! We can do it! We just need to remain focused. (does anyone know how to spell that word? I've spelt it differently each time I post it! LOL)
 
Andrea, way to go on the DVD feeling easy. Bootcamp is working for you.

This morning was an hour and 20 minute jog/walk, some with the dogs some without. Would have liked to jog more of it, but it felt so hot out there I was forced to walk. Still burnt almost 600 calories.

Good Morning,

Today is a rest and recouperation day and I need a stretch. The wedding went ok we had to rush due to rain, they got married in a mild rain.
