Well today I did manage to get up, but I only did X stretch instead of a real workout. Worked late tonight so the see what happens tomorrow morning. I really need to get myself together.
Last night I did KCMs 30mn to Wts. Legs, Back and Chest. Tonite will either be a bike ride with DH or KCMs Plyo Blast and then a dog walk. I am finally out of my funk, you will get there too.
That should have been caveman crawl. It is an obstacle race. 5k distance with lots of hills, mud, some running, some climbing. All Fun! Here's the link Photos
It took us an 1 hour and 50 minutes to complete. A lot of time is waiting at the obstacles for the people in front of you to take their turn. It was close to 100 degrees so I didn't mind waiting . The water obstalcles were a much needed relief.
No work out so far this week. Sunday DH and I got in a tiff so I didn't sleep well. Last night bad thunder storms went on all night long, so not much sleep. Maybe I can get some sleep and get up for a workout in the morning.
We had those same storms Monday. I did KCMs Plyo Blast Monday an nothing last night stomach hurt. Sorry about you an DH I know how that goes. Good job with your workout.
Tonite for me is KCM Split Sessions Lower Body then a walk but this time without the dog because I will have 2 of them puppy sitting. Good job on your workout.
No real workout today. I planned on going to spin class tonight and even got off work in time to get there. right after I left I got a call that one of my neighbors had our dog. She dug out under the fence . so I had to come straight home, claim her, fill in the hole and give her a bath. This morning I did get in 20 minutes walk/ jog with her, but that was not enough. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
Tonite for me is KCMs Upper Body and then its suppose to get hot after today so I am planning on walking the dog but that depends on how tired I am, only got 2 hours of sleep last night DH wouldn't stop snoring.
Yesterday I managed to squeeze in 30 mintues walk/jog with the dog. Today I did STS legs or should I say tried STS legs. My lower body is so out of shape, I could only push myself to do 1/2 of it, LOL. I need to get this lazy behind back in gear and get some endurance back. Even though I only did 1/2, I have a feeling, I will be feeling it tomorrow.
