Happy Mother's Day to you. DD and I went to church and breakfast together. DH took me out to dinner.

Yesterday, I had a great time. I met up with 3 other Cathletes and we ran the Sprint for Life 5k and then went to lunch. It was great to spend time with them. Today was a rest day.

Good Morning Jean,

Saturday I did KCMS Muscle Definition then went for a 2.5 mile walk since the weather was decent then I laid out in the sunshine. Oldest DD her DH came over and we went out to eat and then played games on the wii. Mother's Day my DDS took me to Kansas City shopping and it was a really long fun day, then when we got home DH and SIL had supper ready and then DD thought we needed to go for a 2 mile walk at 9:30 last night so it was a busy weekend. Sounds like you had a nice weekend and mothers day. Tonite will be KCMs Split Session Upper body to give my legs a break and then if it cools down might go for a walk suppose to be 90 today.

I took the dog for a 2 mile walk tonite its the first time I have ever taken him for a walk and its been months since DD took him for a walk so he is pretty tired. Its 90 degrees here at 8:45pm and windy.

Nice workouts. sounds like your mother's day was busy but nice.

Today I went out for run. It was windy and I had the golden retriever with me so we did a walk/run. I have another race on Saturday. I had to go to the doctor this morning to get my wrist/hand checked out. I have some neuropathy that may be carpal tunnel. He gave me a cortisone shot and we'll see if that helps. I've been avoided weight workouts for around 2 weeks because of it. But he said I can return to them now.

Update on the other dog. She didn't make it. She deteriorated rapidly. It was so hard coming home Saturday, knowing she wouldn't be there. She was almost 11 and will be missed greatly.

Good Morning Jean,

Tonite for me is KCMs Upper Body Split and then when it cools down another walk with the dog. Suppose to be 95 again today and its windy and humid. Sorry to hear about your dog its so sad when we lose a friend. I'm glad to hear you can return to your workouts hope the wrist gets better.

No workout for me today. Hand started to kill me in the middle of the night so I didn't sleep well. Finally got upand took a pain killer at 3am. then rotated Advill and tylenol through the day. Seems better now, but I will take another dose before bed just in case.

I can't believe you heat. 95 yikes. It's only May.

Storms came through alst night so it is very humid, but I went for a run any ways. First walked/jogged the dog and then went for an hour run. Hope to go lay out on my lunch if the sun comes out.

Good Afternoon Jean,

I didn't workout last night fighting some kind of inner ear thing and today I have a migraine from hell and my right ear hurts, an the dizziness is horrible if I turn my head to the right. I want to do KCMs Lower Body tonite but we will see. The Food Network is filming and episode of the Great American Food Truck Race here today its kind of exciting.
 
Hope you start to feel better. How cool is that about the filming.

Today was my 5k race. It was kind of cool and windy (in the 50's). I was hoping to beat last week's time, but it look's like I missed it by about 30 seconds, bummer.

I woke up with the headache but I took Excedrin instead of my prescription med and it has really helped take the edge off. I did KCM's Split Session Lower Body and Turbo Jam Standing Abs.

Today was a jog/walk with the dog. I need to start back to weights, but I'm afraid of messing with my wrists. I guess I just need to suck it up and try it.

Good Morning Jean,

Monday night I went for a walk in the park and yesterday I did KCMs 30min to wts. bis,tris,shoulders, and abs. I need to work my abs more this week. Just use light wts so it will be easier on your wrist and buy a good wrist brace.
 
This morning was a jog/walk with the dog. I do need to start with light weights and see what happens. What I'm concerned with is the nerve zaps that occasionally happen. Don't want that to happen while holding a heavy weight. Maybe I'll be brave tomorrow and try a weight workout.

Last night I did Turbo Jam 20min Cardio Party and Ab Jam. I say start with light ones and then if it is ok go a little heavier. Its raining here again today so no walk. Tonite is KCMs 30min to wts. Legs, Chest, Back and Abs.

Since no real workout this week. Work has been crazy. We are having storms tonight. Some were very heavy down pours with some hail.

I think my body is trying to fall apart. This week I have been having back issues. I thought it would go away after a day or two, but now it is day 4. I haven't done any lifting so I don't know what has brought this on. Oh well, one ache and pain at a time, lol.
